The Well 14
In 3 short months, our 6th annual summer internship begins! The Well stretches and challenges each intern to live a radical commitment to Christ. How? Through daily study of biblical and missional concepts, living in crosscultural community, travel to Istanbul (Islamic culture), eating food. Interns are involved in strategic community outreach through ESL (English Clubs & camp) and baseball leagues. These ministry platforms serve as community classrooms where interns have opportunity to practice developing Christ-directed relationships with Bulgarians. Please pray for our interns even now as they raise support and for us as we prepare for the summer!

Jeffrey graduated from U of W Georgia and now works at the Samford Univ. Athletic Department. Kari, a Bulgarian from Burgas, will be starting a masters program in psychology at Sofia University. She works with the Daughters of Bulgaria.

From NC, Corey is attending Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary. Jenny is from Johnson City, TN, and attends Carson Newman University.

Please continue praying for Ukraine

We dont know how the US is covering the unfolding events in Ukraine it is the dominant news story in Europe as the situation there becomes more complicated seemingly by the hour. Please continue to pray! Please pray for our MTW colleagues serving in areas of the country favoring the movement toward the EU and the West as well as areas that are more Russian leaning. The situation is complicated and we pray that the Lord will raise up wise leaders and further conflict will be averted. Pray for our Ukrainian brothers and sisters. Pray!

Christian Cultural Center

For the past few years we have asked you to pray for the purchase and development of a Christian Cultural Center that would serve as a base of operation to reach our community. Over the last months we have been able to do some renovations, but much more is needed to utilize the space the Lord has provided. Please pray as we seek additional funding to complete the projects!

We appreciate your prayers so much! We have a special appeal for our family. Our son in law, Jordan, will be having surgery Wednesday to replace a valve in his heart. A congenital defect was discovered a few years ago and has worsened lately. We ask that you pray for the success of the surgery, and for the peace of God that surpasses understanding for both Jordan and Jocelyn (and family). Joci and Jordan met as students at Covenant College. Jordan is currently working on a masters in counseling at Denver Seminary and is on staff at Red Rocks Church. Jordan and Jocelyn McCaslin are located in Denver. Pray for the completion of renovations to our Christian Cultural Center to ready it for ministry use. Please pray for summer plans for The Well, new interns, English Camp, Baseball Camp, and a NEW summer initiative in Plovdiv a 6 Week English & Youth outreach. Pray for the possible new initiative with the Servants Anonymous Foundation and Daughters of Bulgaria.
