Barbara, Iloilo, FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION OF THE SUM OF ______________________________ (P__________), Philippine Currency, to me in hand paid by ADELENE SOLAS, (Buyer), Filipino and with residence and post-office address at Brgy. Binangkilan, Sta. Barbara, Iloilo, DO HEREBY SELL, TRANSFER and CONVEY by way of Absolute Sale unto the said ADELENE SOLAS, his/her heirs and assigns, that certain parcel of land, 942 square meters, together with all the improvements found thereon situated in Brgy. Binangkilan, Sta. Barbara, Iloilo, and more particularly described as follows:
A parcel of land Lot No. 8790 of the Cadastral survey of Sta. Barbara, Iloilo with the improvements thereon situated in Brgy. Binangkilan, Sta. Barbara, Iloilo, Northeast-Lot 8786, 8696 and 8893; Southeast-Lot No. 8802, 8801; West Lot No. 8800 and 8792 and on the Northwest Lot. No. 8791 containing a total land area of 16,905 square meters under TCT NO. T-61978.

That I hereby warrant my title over the land above described, with full right to dispose of the same, free from all liens and encumbrances, and that henceforth, full right of ownership and possession shall pertain to the BUYER, ADELENE SOLAS.
