Project Description:
The major purpose of Data Warehouse is to get useful information about the business to
enhance it to offer it at an exemplary manner. ALASKA Finance Inc., (AFI) is an organization
facilitating Finance and its related businesses to its valued customers. AFI were using the
computer and latest technologies of IT to make out the intelligence decisions to keep their
business in pace with their competitors. So they identified the need to go for a data warehouse

The Client is a large CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) Company. Their product
portfolio spans across the entire spectrum of domestic consumption including Soaps,
Detergents, Cleaning Liquids, Toothpastes, Talcum powders, shampoos etc. They are also
leaders in processed foods, Frozen Desserts and beverages (Tea and Coffee). The company has
a massive distribution network of warehouses, distributors and retail stockiest. The main
objective of the project is to help the senior and middle level management of the organization
to improve the sales and get the knowledge of the new business opportunities
Role & Responsibility:
Responsible for providing L2/L3 production support.
Monitoring the ETL jobs in daily basis and raising USD tickets in case of any outages
and attending the SRT calls.
Preparing the weekly status report and coordinating weekly status calls with technology
lead/business.

Project Description:
This project is to provide different reports and support adhoc queries for making
intelligent banking decision based on data available in various branches across the
country connected over a period of time. Bank wants to have tool, which will help it to
analyze the current business trends and to make predictions about the future business
trends. Especially the Bank is focused on getting the analytic information about Target
customer groups, Loss making schemes, Season wise financial analysisetc.
