SCOPE OF SUPPLY (FOR EACH SOLIDS FLOW FEEDER) :

MECHANICAL :

1 no. Solids Flow Feeder DLD 5H complete with guide chute, measuring chute, lever
system and load cell. Basic equipment as per specification TB 174/1.
Twin feed screw run length 2500 mm type BDS 250 with screw trough with variable
speed A.C. motors.
1 no. twin agitator with 2 nos. A.C. motors and gear box in Twin Screw trough.
1 no. Y-chute below twin screws.
2 nos. Manual Shut Off gates at inlet of SFF.

ELECTRICAL

a) Control cubicle, completely wired, tested of protection class IP 54 with basic dimensions
600 x 600 x 2100 mm ( W x D x H) housing the following : Microprocessor based measuring and control unit INTECONT PLUS according to
literature SJ 9109m with the following features :
2 line fluorescent text display of 20 characters each.
Upper display
: Set point.
Lower display
: Totalizing counters z1z3.
Absolute feedrate.
Relative feedrate.
Regulation.
Lower display selectable by cursor operation.
- Automatic tare programme and status information for interlocking signals.

ELECTRICAL : Electrics comprising of microprocessor controller DISOMAT D for computation of Bin

Material Weight and correction in Flow Meter INTECONT PLUS. To be housed in the control
panel of SFF.
Following features shall be provided from DISOMAT D as output

4-20 mA analog output signal for Bin Weight.

Digital Contacts for :: Bin Level Low, Bin Level High, Check Weigh Start, Check
Weigh ON/OFF, Check Weighment running, No Fault in the systems.

PAYMENT TERMS :

20% advance alongwith the Purchase Order.

Balance 80% against Proforma Invoice before despatch.

TERMS FOR SUPERVISION OF ERECTION & COMMISSIONING

1. Our engineer shall be responsible for only the supervision of Erection & Commissioning.
All manpower, tools & tackles required for the above job shall have to be arranged by
Client free of cost.
2. The services of our engineer are chargeable @ Rs.5600.00 per manday on all working
Days, inclusive of 10% service tax & Cess 2%. Each manday shall be calculated on the
basis of 8 hours working time with a period of 1 hour for lunch in between.
3. To & fro AC rail/ car/ air fare from Ranchi to the nearest station/airport from site, for
our engineer & incidental conveyance expenses, shall be reimbursed by Client.
4. Client shall provide free lodging, boarding & local conveyance to our engineer from site
to his place of stay, during the period of his stay for the above job.
