DESCRIPTION DURA CONCRETE CLEANER is a strong acidic cleaner and degreasing solution for use on tiles, concrete and concrete products. FEATURES Easy to apply Rapid cleaning / removal of stains on concrete May be used on floors and walls for ceramic tile cleaning. USES DURA CONCRETE CLEANER may be used for rapid removal of mortar stains, grime, oil, grease, algae, moss and wax from brickwork, concrete, terrazzo and ceramics. May also be used for etching prior to floor coatings being applied. Care needs to be taken for this application, please consult AQUASEAL Technical staff for further advice. PACKAGING DURA CONCRETE CLEANER is available in 5Kg and 20Kg packing. DIRECTIONS FOR USE Remove any loose or excess contamination by physical abrasion, wire brushing or scraper. To prevent discolouration or damage to delicate substrates it is recommended that the optimum strength of solution be established by applying a test area, starting at a 2:1 water: cleaning solution. Areas of severe contamination may require more than one treatment using neat cleaning solution. The product should be applied by brush using a scrubbing action. Rinse off prior to the cleaner drying out, it is active only when in liquid form. WATCH POINTS Do not decant into metal containers DURA CONCRETE CLEANER is not suitable for concrete floor cleaning prior to the application of sodium silicate floor treatment. Do not mix with other cleaners / chemicals. Protect adjacent finishes from splashing Technical Data & Physical Properties: Colour Density: Light yellow liquid 1000 kg / m3

COVERAGE RATE Up to 4 m2/litre depending on the type and porosity of the substrate. STORAGE It is best to store on pallets at ground level. Health & Safety: DURA CONCRETE CLEANER contains Acid which might damage skin, use of gloves is recommended. As with all construction chemical products, caution should always be exercised. Protective clothing such as gloves and goggles shall be worn whilst handling. Wearing long sleeve overalls, safety shoes and face mask is recommended for maximum safety. If any material comes in contact with the skin it should be removed with water DO NOT use solvent. Treat any splashes to the eyes with fresh water immediately and seek medical assistance. Should any of product be accidentally swallowed, do not induce vomiting, but call for medical assistance immediately. Spillages of DURA CONCRETE CLEANER should be swept up and transferred to suitable containers for disposal. The disposal of spilt or waste material should be carried out in accordance with local legislation under the guidance of the local waste regulatory authority. Limited Warranty: It is the responsibility of the customer to determine the suitability of the product for the intended purpose. Factors such as temperature, surface preparation and applicators skill are beyond the control of the company. Therefore, the manufacturers liability is limited to the replacement of the defective material only.
