As per terms and conditions of recruitment stated in the relevant recruitment notification published on 15 Aug,2012 in various news papers, read with subsequent corrigenda, those candidates who have secured Merit Ranks as shown in the below table are hereby invited for scrutiny of original documents as per schedule given below:

1.Candidates having merit ranks (as published at http://recruitment.cdacmohali.in) falling in the slots given above must report for counselling/scrutiny of original certificates/documents along with one set of self attested photocopies of certificates/documents on the appointed day in person by a SELECTION COMMITTEE at the above specified place. Failure of any candidate to report personally with all complete certificates/original documents shall lead to forfeiture of his/her claim. The candidate must also bring the registration form (last edited, if any) affixed with recent passport size photograph duly self attested. 2. The recruitment shall be valid subject to 100% VERIFICATION OF DEGREES AND CERTIFICATES from issuing authorities within six months and SHALL BE LIABLE TO BE DECLARED NULL AND VOID AB-INITIO WITHOUT ANY NOTICE WHAT SO EVER IN CASE ANY DOCUMENT IS FOUND TO BE FAKE OR FOREGED. The department shall also launch suitable criminal proceeding besides civil proceeding against such candidates to make recoveries of salary and other emoluments paid to such candidates. 3. Extra candidates have been called for counselling/scrutiny of certificates/documents, as few of candidates may join PWD (B&R) Department, as such the offer of appointment shall be restricted to the availability of actual number of posts & fulfillment of requisite conditions and shall be based on the merit list already displayed on the web site of C-Dac and the candidate shall not have any claim whatsoever, in this regard.. 4. Candidates should keep on checking C-Dac web site for further instructions, if any.
