1 By configuration file (recommended)

We supply three methods to configure the controller of cabinets.

1 By configuration file (recommended)


1.1
Tools
A Computer which equipped a network card, net cable, and the configuration files named D14A1currentcfg.tar.gz or D20A1currentcfg.tar.gz. Notes: D14A1currentcfg.tar.gz just for the cabinet type of TP48200T-D14A1 as followed Fig., you must confirm the cabinet before you upload the configuration file.

Warning: If you upload the power system with wrong configuration file, the configured data could not take effect.

1.2 Setps
Step 1 configure your IP address of your computer 1. 2. 3. Choose Start > Control Panel. Select Network Connections. Please click Local Area by right button and then click Properties

Step 2 connect to the controller 1. Open Internet Explorer and input 192.168.1.168.

Input the defaulted user name admin, and password 001.

Step 3 Upload the configuration file. Please make sure the configuration files in your computer, because we will use it soon. The 1-level menu is in the following website.

Choose the Site Configuration in 1-level menu, and you will see the following website.

You will see follow picture and then you can upload the configuration file.

Please click Browse.

A window will be shown, please choose the file named D14A1currentcfg.tar.gz or D20A1currentcfg.tar.gz and click open.

Warning: You must upload the right configuration file according to the cabinet type, otherwise the configuration file could not take effect.

Then please click Send. The window will be showed, please click OK, and go on. System will display that the file uploaded successfully and please click OK to go on.

Controller will reset after file uploaded, and the website will be disconnected. When the controller starts work again, it will show the new configuration. Step 4 Check the configuration in Alarm Configuration. 1. 2. Connect controller as the Step 2. Choose the Alarm Configuration in 1-level menu.

You will see some 2-level menus as the following website.

In every 2-level menu, the controller has many configuration items. You need check if the third parameter of every item is correct. The relation between the item and the third parameter is as the table 1-1. If the configuration is not correct, please upload configuration file again.

Choose the Alarm Configuration in 1-level menu.

And you will see some 2-level menu.

In every 2-level menu, the controller has many configuration items. For example, click the site summary 2-level menu, we have 46 configuration items. We need configure them manually. I will give you an example. If we want configure the door contact alarm, we need find it at 2-level menu. 1. Please click site summary at 2-level menu.

And we will see 39 items as the follow picture.

Find the Door Contact Alarm in the 46th item.

Click the panel in the left of the item and you will active the configuration process of the item.

When words become black, you can configure it.

The item have five parameters, we just need configure the fourth parameter. Choose it and we will see some opinions.

Please choose the MUE04A_DO1

Click the Submit and your configuration will take effect.

3 Configure the controller manually by LCD

If the configuration is successful, the system displays a dialog box, indicating the command has been issued. And you need configure 102 items in seven 2-level menus in the list. The item configuration list is in the Table 1-1.

3.1 Tool
No tool is need.

3.2 Step
This picture is the front panel of the ECC500 controller, we need control the menu displayed in the LCD by the four key. In the following picture I annotate the function of the key.

The followed picture is displayed after you power on the controller.

Use ENTER key and go on

Push ENTER key and you will see the 1-level menu.

Use the UP and DOWN key to choose the Settings menu and push the ENTER key. You will need to input the user name and password to enter this menu. The defaulted user name is admin and the defaulted password is 001.

Now you can see some 2-level menu. You can enter the 2-level menu.

Now we have 101 configurations item in seven 2-level menus, you need configure them one by one. For example, if you want configure the Door Alarm, enter the Site Summary menu.

Choose the Door Alarm and use the ENTER key. We see followed picture.

Push the ENTER to set E04A_DO1 and use the Cancel key to come back the 2-level menu.

You need set the configuration items one by one, so I do not recommend configure the controller by this way. The configuration item list is in the Table 1-1.
