Significant Achievements
• Research & develop supplier risk analysis and successfully selection of inspection and measurement equipment
for die bond and wire bond process achieving the automotive standards for MSA, as part of Corporative
Automotive Business strategy.
• Successfully wafer saw implementation of Step Cut process for FET and IPS dies that have a significant
improvement of die chipping and complete elimination of Al street paths in the wafer streets that cause metal
filaments (D-GS short), and also generate more business to the company as NPI project.
• Successfully implementation room class 10k (from class 100k) in FE assembly for automotive products reflecting
in more business for the companies up to 35% in volume and also keeping customer satisfaction.
• Reduce 8d response time 50% for Automotive Customers coaching the team work thru D3 – D7.
• Eliminate Metal Particles vital defect in Front End assembly that cause DG-S and Short G-S electrical failure in
customer applications thru 6 sigma and 8D initiatives.
• Improve Solder yield loss of D2PAK package in die bond process Front End assembly from .13% to .08% thru PDCA
project tools.
• Significant QRT savings using cost reduction projects focused in new materials researching and supplier
development.
• Increasing responsibilities in World Class Organization due task Administrator, Commitment, Performance based
in Goal achievements results and Continuous improvement mentality.
Significant Achievements
• Reduce cycle time 70% in RMA’s power supply assembly applying lean manufacturing tools (thesis
documented).
