Maximumbudget: notdefinedyet Scopeforadditionalservices: The contracting authority may, at its own discretion, extend the supply duration and/or supply scope subject to the availability of funding. Any extension of supply orderwouldbesubjecttosatisfactoryperformancebythesupplier. Eligibility: Participation is open to all legal entities (participating either individually or in a grouping(consortium)oflegalentitiesregisteredinPakistan.Legalentitiesregistered inothercountriesshallprovideevidenceofaconsortium/jointventureorassociation withaPakistanilegalentitylatestwithinthetenderprocess. Candidature: All eligible legal entities (as per item 11 above) or groupings of such entities (consortia)mayapply. A consortium may be permanent, legallyestablished grouping or grouping which has been constituted informally for a specific tender procedure. All members of a consortium (i.e. leader and all other members are jointly and severally liable to the contractingauthority. The participation of an ineligible legal entity (as per item 11) will result in the automaticexclusionofthatentity.Inparticular,ifthatineligibleemntitybelongstoa consortium,thewholeconsortiumwillbeexcluded.

Numberofapplication: No more than 1 application can be submitted by a legal entity whatever the form of participation (as an individual legal entity or as leader or member of a consortium submitting an application). In the event that a legal entity submits more than 1 application,allapplicationsinwhichthatentityhasparticipatedwillbeexcluded. The legal entitities may submit an application for 1 lot only, several lots or all of the lots, but only 1 application per lot. Contracts will be awarded lot by lot and each lot willformaseparatecontract.

Shortlistalliancesprohibited: Anytendersreceivedfromtendererscomprisingfirmsotherthanthosementionedin the shortlisted application forms will be excluded from this tender procedure unless prior approval from the contracting authority has been obtained (see PRAG 2.4.3). Shortlisted entities may not form alliances or subcontract to each other for the contractinquestion. Groundsforexclusion: As part of the application form, entities submit a signed declaration, included in the standards application form, to the effect that they are not in any of the exclusion situations as per example listed in Section 2.3.3 of the Practical Guide to contract procedurestoEUexternalactions. Subcontracting: Subcontractingisallowedforworksrelatedtoinstallation(e.g.foundations,fencing). Numberofentitiestobeshortlisted: On the basis of applications received, between 3 to 4 entities per District will be invited to submit detailed tenders for this contract. Alterationorwithdrawalofapplications: entities may alter or withdraw their applications by written notification prior to the deadline for submission of applications.
