Caller reports she was walking down the side of road and a grey impala backed into her. He stopped said to "get the fuck out of the way" and left the scene headed toward Federal St. Party states she is not injured and does not need an ambulance Narrative: Arrived on scene, spoke with Kernon who had been bumped by the vehicle. She said she was walking south on Franklin St but had to walk in the roadway because the sidewalks were not clear. The vehicle involved was at the intersection of Franklin and Maple but having difficulty getting traction. Vehicle backed up and in doing so hit her. Drive yelled at her and then left the area. Kernon walking fine. No signs of injury and she refused medical attention. Gave female a ride to the transfer station to catch a bus at 5:20 pm. Narrative: assisted 125 with investigation Narrative: Spoke with the RP. He stated that he was hit in the jaw from behind by a male. He described him as a white male, 20's to 30's in age, and wearing an orange and grey jacket. The suspect fled from the scene out the back door immediately after hitting him and was last seen running north on Conway Street. The victim declined any medical treatment. I attempted to view the video with the business owner on scene. See the report for further information. RP would like his father to know that it is not okay for him to act this way. When I asked if there were weapons in the home, RP states that there is a crossbow on the bedroom wall, but that his dad is not being violent in that way. The victim also declined any medical treatment for his wrist. The father complained of ongoing living issues with his son and demanded that he move out. I explained the legal process for making that happened. We were able to get the parties to stay in separate apartments for the night. I determined that a summons would be an appropriate course of action for this incident. Narrative: interviewed the RP who reported minor wrist injury but declined medical treatment x2. no obvious deformities or injuries noted. RP states that his father came home drunk and started yelling at him telling him that he wanted him out of the house. RP states that this often happens after his father has been drinking. Narrative: Determined to be part of yesterdays film crew Narrative: Spoke with group of four younger adults who report they are filming at the Pushkin Gallery. A pellet gun was thrown in car after finishing shoot. Parties advised to use care and how this incident alarmed public to call police.
