Background Of The Invention

The present invention relates hand operated Mixture & Blenders particularly Used in kitchen. It is used for mixing, chopping liquefy and break large food ingredients. Mixture come in two major variations Hand mixture & Stand mixture. In present invention the unit contains sharp blades and typically operates at speed. A normal hand operated mixture available in market is much slower device without sharpened blades and only use for mixing, folding, beating and whipping food ingredients. A stand mixture and blenders is essentially the same as a hand mixture, but is mounted a stand which bears the weight of the device. Its hand a special bowl that is locked in place while the mixture is operating.

ABSTRACT

The manual operated stand mixture-blender includes a body(1) Containing worm &worm wheel gear drive,(2) with bearings,(3) attached in body (1) A Shaft (6) is attached to worm wheel to support and rotate it with the help of handle (9) At the top of machine the flywheel (4) with the free wheel (5) is bolted with worm shaft. A slotted shaft (7) is welded

with flywheel hub on which coupling (11) is press fitted. The bowl (10) is held by bowl holder (8) by means the top cap (12) is bolted with body (10) by means of threaded bolts (13).

Summary Of The Invention

The invention has particularly for rural and developing states where lack of electricity is there. It is manually operated machine use gear set to generate rotational speed for mixing and blending of food ingredients. The machine contain sharp blades and typically operate at high speed of the type described above, the machine is simple, economical, reliable and perfectly adapted to mass production.

Brief Description Of The Drawings

The characteristics and advantages of the invention will become further apparent from the description which follows given by way of non-limiting with reference to the accompanying drawings in which Fig. 1 is a fragmentary vertical cross section view of manual operated mixture stand mixture blender according to the invention , in the stopped position and an accessory.

Description On The Preferred Embodiments

The manual operated stand mixture blender shown in Fig.1 comprised a body (1) of generally substantially rectangular shape having a top cap (12) which is assembled with the help of bolt (13) and containing a set of worm and worm wheel gear (2) with shaft 6 provided with handle (9) which is used to rotate gear. In the embodiment shown in Fig. 1 the shaft (6) carries worm wheel each turning about an axis yy perpendicular to the axis xx. The set of worm wheel and worm shaft (2) is enclosed in body (1) with the help of bearing (3). The worm wheel is driver gear and worm shaft is driven gear in this gear assembly. The speed incremental ration is depends on number of teeth on worm wheel and number of starts on worm shaft. Also in embodiment shown in fig.1 a flywheel (4) assembly with free wheel (5) gives additional rotation and torque to slotted shaft (7) on which coupling (11) is press fitted to rotate bowl blades (14) at high speed.

What is claimed is : (1) A manual operated stand mixture blender is drive by worm and worm wheel (2) gearing and rotates bowl blades (14) at high speed to mix, chop, liquefy and break down large food ingredients as shown.
