1. Introductory Remarks
The check items fall into two categories: numbered compulsory items starting with C (compulsory for all offices) and numbered general items starting with G (relatively less strict for small-scale offices). Each item is subject to two acceptance checks (the first check takes place during the project survey and the second check is before the commencement of the project). For each check, an acceptance check conclusion must be worked out and signed by both parties. For any failed item, the expected completion time approved by the user should be indicated.

ZXSDR BS8900 Installation Acceptance Report Item Content Before the cabinet is installed, a cement platform should be built at first. Then the cabinet is installed, with a certain maintenance space reserved. It is prohibited to install the expansion bolts directly on the building roof. (1) If two cabinets are piled, then the maintenance space should meet the following requirements: the left side, the right side and the rear side of the cabinets shall all have at 2.4 C least 300mm of space reserved, and the front side shall have at least 800mm of space reserved; (2) If two cabinets are in parallel, then the distance between them shall be at least 50mm and the cement platform shall meet the following requirements: the left side of the left cabinet, the right side of the right cabinet and the rear side of the two cabinets shall have at least 300mm of space reserved, and the front side shall have at least 800mm of space reserved. The shake-proof measures shall meet the engineering 2.5 C design requirements. And the accessories of shake-proof anchors shall be in complete set and be fixed correctly. 2.6 C The cabinet and the base are connected reliably. The cabinet shall not shake. Expansion bolts for the cabinet or base (support) shall be installed correctly and securely, and all the insulating 2.7 C washers, flat washers, spring washers, bolts and nuts shall be installed in the correct sequence, without reverse installation. 2.8 C If the insulating anchor is fixed, make sure the expansion bolts are insulated from the cabinet. All the fasteners shall be screwed down. All the parts of the cabinet shall not fall off or have damages. The connection shall not fall off or break. All the logos and labels shall be correct, complete and clear. After the cabinet is installed, it is required to clean its internal and external surfaces. 4.3 Installation of Outdoor Cable Trays

Item 3.1 3.2 C C Content The installation positions and heights shall comply with the engineering design requirements. The cable tray and the wall or the cabinet row shall keep parallel, with 2mm of horizontal deviation per meter allowed. The cable tray shall be level or plumb, and the specifications of the level irons shall be consistent. Both ends of the level 3.3 G iron shall be close to the flat steels of the tray and the level iron clips. The level irons and flat steels of the cable tray shall be perpendicular to each other. 3.4 G Components such as level iron clips and fastening bolts shall be in complete set and firmly fixed. The level irons of the cable tray shall be evenly spaced. If 3.5 G they obstruct cabling, the spaces can be adjusted appropriately. The troughs shall be installed in a straight, flat and secure 3.6 G way. The troughs in the same line shall be aligned, with 2mm of deviation allowed at the joints of two troughs. 3.7 3.8 C C The protection ground of the cable tray shall comply with the engineering design requirements. Reliable electric connection shall be ensured between the connected trays. The ground support poles of the cable trays shall be 3.9 G installed in a vertical and reliable way. The reinforcement support shall be installed stably and securely, with the hangers fixed neatly and vertically. The expansion bolts to fasten all supports shall have the 3.10 G same surplus length (about 5mm of bolt rod left outside the nut) after they are tightened. The indoor cable trays shall be grounded reliably. For the 3.11 G long cable trays, it is recommended to ground them once every 5 meters with multi-strand copper wire, whose cross sectional area is at least 16mm .

4.4.2 Bundling Requirements

Item Content Cables must be bundled neatly and close to each other. The 4.2.1 G cable surface shall be the same level, either horizontally or vertically, with a deviation not more than 5mm allowed. 4.2.2 G To avoid core breaking, the ties shall be bond at the two sides near the bundle bend rather than at the bend. The tie specification is right. The larger the sectional area is, the longer and wider ties should be used (to sustain large 4.2.3 G pull forces). Avoid using the ties in serial connection. If the ties have to be used in serial connection, at most two ties can be connected. The cables shall not loosen in the ties. The cable ties shall face a consistent direction. The intervals between the ties shall be even and tidy (usually 300mm~1000mm).
