Right from childhood, I was as curious as a cat, if not more. I always wanted to know everything about anything. Never content with what, I was told, I strived to know more. I had an urge for continuous learning and the determination and craving to acquire knowledge. It is during my high school; I realized that I could understand my teachers lecture and then later on explain it to my class mates. And in the process of doing so, I understood the problems more clearly and found different ways to solve the same problem; as there are many paths to reach a destination. I came in contact with computers when I was in 5th Grade and was really amazed at the sight of it. There on I had computers as a part of my subjects in all my degrees. I also had an inclination towards Science, that explains the reason why I did my masters in Science. During my MS I got a chance to do C and C++ language from an institute. After my MS, I got my first job at Central Fuel Research Institute. It was fun working there. My craving for knowledge didnt stop there. When I got married, came to USA and had kids; I joined North Lake College. I took Biology, Anatomy and Physiology, Psychology and English Classes there. Apart from English rest of the subjects were completely new for me and I took it as a challenge and learning opportunity. The hard work and effort paid off and I scored straight A's. With all the technology buzzing around and people working in IT Sector, I couldn't resist myself too. So I took the professional training for SAP BO Developer and got certified too. After working for One year in the field, I wanted to know more about the business processes. Now a days most of the companies have globalised itself and the business strategies have changed immensely in the past 5 to 10 years. So I wanted get an in depth picture of the businesses and have a better understanding of the complications faced by the companies. This would help to improve my work performance to the next level and that's the reason why I decided to go to a graduate school. When I started to do the research and talking to people, I came to know about Dallas Baptist University and its courses from a friend. I really got attracted to the MBA program, which has eight core courses and four concentration courses. Once the eight core courses are done I can work for dual degree too by doing four more concentration courses. I have planned to do the MIS to begin with and then do the MHC too. Apart from the academic point of view, Dallas Baptist University has a culturally diverse student base from all over the world. This would be perfect place in the era of globalization. Considering our planet has shrunk by all means other than the total surface area. The Science and technology had bought people closer. Dallas Baptist University gives us the same experience under a single roof.

I am sure that I can do well with my quick thinking and quick learning capabilities. I may not have the experience that others have, but I am more than willing to make up and am quite capable of it, even zealous about it. I would indeed be privileged to work at your esteemed university, in the unique environment offered here. It would be an honor to be admitted. I thank your university for providing an opportunity to express my views and I hope that I satisfy the criteria for admission. I eagerly look forward to a challenging and fulfilling learning experience at this esteemed university.
