Diversion Flight to Destination Alternate Checklist Advise the concerned station / ground handler regarding the diversion flight. If the diverted flight can still return to the original destination then advise the concerned station / ground handler regarding the following: ATC flight plan to be filed Send an operational flight plan if necessary to station / ground handler. Total fuel to be uplifted. Passenger handling on disembarkation and embarkation (if there is no re-fuelling while passenger on-board policy) Advise station/ ground handler concerned of additional information.

If the diverted flight cannot return to its original destination then do the following: Advise to let the flight to proceed to station of origin. Advise / file ATC flight plan to be filed and total fuel to be uplifted.

Advise all concerned departments.

3.4.18

Diverted Flight to Departure Alternate / Possibility of Departure Diversion Flight Checklist Monitor and check the weather minimum at the departure station if it is below the landing minimums. If it is below landing minimums but above weather minima for take off, then the flight can still be dispatched as long as the duty Flight Operations Officer indicates at least one departure alternate in the

OPERATIONS AND PROCEDURES operational flight plan. Make sure that the departure alternate station is at or above the landing weather minimum. Advise concerned station or ground handler of the diversion flight.

Check the status of the aircraft. If the aircraft needs to RON then follow the RON checklist. Advise the total fuel to be uplifted and ATC flight plan to be filed. Send an operational flight plan, if necessary. Advise all concerned departments.

3.4.19

AOG Aircraft in Out Station Guideline Checklist Upon receiving report that the aircraft is in AOG status, find out with flight deck crew / flight mechanic the exact technical description of the aircraft trouble and the duration of repairs. Get the contact phone number where you can get back to them directly. Call-up maintenance control center and give them the technical description of the aircraft discrepancy for evaluation. Inform maintenance control of the direct contact number so they may communicate with flight deck crew on the discrepancy and give special instruction on procedure to rectify the discrepancy. If AOG team is needed to be dispatched, advice maintenance to prepare the team with all the needed tools and equipment as soon as possible. Advice airport services to block seat for the AOG team the earliest flight to depart, whether it be our own flight or other airline flight. Also, to make necessary arrangement with other airline if we will be taking other airline flight and advise maintenance control of the flight schedule that AOG team will take. Brief the Operations Manager and concerned departments of the situation. Advice station manager and maintenance AOG team to keep the OCC updated of the maintenance work progress with the aircraft. Determine from maintenance AOG team the estimated time that the aircraft discrepancy will be rectified. Make adjustment on ATC clearance for the flight back to Manila as basis for maintenance estimated time to rectify the aircraft.
