Other Conditions Bromma will send one service engineer to provide commissioning at OEM's or enduser's site free-of-charge at 1 day/spreader. Per diem rate applies if additional days are required.

Time of delivery 6 months exW from Order, subject to compliance with Payment Terms as stipulated.

Please note the following conditions of our quotation: a. This quotation is offered on behalf of Cargotec Sweden AB, Bromma Conquip and subject to its approval. Purchase orders are to be addressed to Cargotec Sweden AB, Bromma Conquip, for attention of Mr Vikram Raman, VP Sales and Services. b. Upon confirmed order, the drawings will be sent to you once the design work is done. Please note that by approving Drawing approval form and the enclosed drawing numbers you agree on the design proposed. Any delay in drawing approval will affect delivery time and inflict alteration charges. Please reply as per date requested. If Drawing approval form not received within 14 working days it will be considered as approved. c. For Bromma serial communication systems to maintain reliable communication it is required that the electrical environment these systems are fitted into do not exceed levels of emission corresponding to 20dB over EC-directive EN55011, or IEC CISPR11. The overall capacitance stretch of cable used for the communication shall not exceed 45nF. If such an electrical environment cannot be obtained the Seller / Bromma cannot take responsibility for loss of or wrongful functionality and will under no circumstances be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages and any loss of profit thereof. d. In no event shall the Sellers overall liability for any claims relating to the delivery exceed 15% of the total contract value. Changes on specification can affect delivery time and inflict alteration charges. All charges above EUR 1000 will be quoted separately. All orders are firm and the Buyer is not entitled to cancel or postpone the order under any circumstances. e. CONSEQUENTIAL LOSSES i. Save as otherwise stated there shall be no liability for either party towards the other party for loss of production, loss of profit, loss of use, loss of contracts or for any other consequential or indirect loss whatsover. f. LIABILITY i. In no event shall the Sellers overall liability for any claims relating to the contract exceed 100% of the total contract value. We will provide one set Manual (Paper copy) per spreader at no charge. Additional copies if required will be chargeable at USD 200/- per copy. Additional features not stated in this quotation, if required, will be charged accordingly per Standard Pricing Agreement. Painting will be per Bromma's standard (see copies attached) Paint warranty is 5 years with exception for fair wear and tear due to natural degradation.
