Quality control tools and techniques


Die and Tool Shop

We are capable of manufacturing dies in our in-house tool shop, which ensures direct feedback from the manufacturing department. This knowledge and practical experience can also be used to optimize the tools and to enable a continuous improvement process. In addition, our dies are manufactured with modern CNC milling and drilling machines as well as high speed cutting machines(HSC)accordingtothelatesttechnologies.

For special applications we also use wire cut EDM and die sinking. Other features of our die shop include

Numerical control programming, Machining of blocks,

Electro-discharge machining, Hydraulic and electric discharge die shrinking, Filter-run welding, Milling and turning of dies, Forming of dies by electro-erosion, Manufacturing of trimming tools, Die maintenance, Die heat treatment Quality assurance of the tool shop
