Taramon is the only female to have engaged in direct combat in 1971. Little more than a child herself, Taramon fought, spied, and even cooked and cleaned for the Mukti Juddhas we all hail today. I wonder how many of us even know of this rare Woman of Substance, A Bir Protik, Taramon once said in reference to the War, Death and panic never touched me then and not even now.
