DCW WORK UNDERTAKING 1. In Connection with the shifting of the Electro line from our premises.

We / I hereby undertake that the difference in original estimate cost and the revised estimate prepared after actual completion of shifting work will be paid by us / me. 2. In connection with the line shifting the line shifting work We / I also undertake that we are ready to pay on interest at 22% per month or the rate which TNEB announce from time to time

from the date of commencement of work to the date of completion of the work on the over estimate charges. 3. We also agree that the ownership of line rest with the board is at liberty to connect up any loads on the reached and deviated line to tap energy from this line. 4. If any of the material could not be reused due to breakage during the normal course of Estimating of Transport etc. We are ready to pay the full cost of such items.

5. If the work could not be completed wit in a period of one year due to various reasons, we are ready to pay the escalation in cost at the rate of 10% per annum. 6. In the event of way leave license or sanction being cancelled or with drawn. We / I shall at my / our own cost arrange for any diversion of the service line or the be prevision of any diversion of the service line or the be prevision of any new service line thus rendered necessary. 7. We agree the DCW work can be carried out subject to the availability of the total shut down at stub station.

8. If any objection arise during the execution of work in the revised root operate. I will clear the objection and provide the necessary way to leave for execution of the work.
