PREFACE

Today human beings are the most critical resource of an organization needs to have human resource to perform all operations. Human resource is not only an active sensitive and essential factor of production but also it activates other factors of production so that all factors of production are useable without human factor. Development of organization is based on the development of human resource. The performance of human beings can be developed by motivating and satisfying them and combing the individual under organizational goals re achieved effectively and efficiently. It was a privilege for us to work in a reputed organization- GRASIM. This has given us an opportunity to work in a truly professional environment where team work score over individual effort, where there is a helpful atmosphere. A well planned, properly executed and evaluated

training helps a lot in inoculating good work culture. The project on FINAINCIAL ANALYSIS GRASIM. has been made to facilitate effective understanding about the marketing aspects. The project training has provided me an opportunity to gain practical experience, which has helped me to increase my sphere of knowledge to a greater extent. I have tried to summarize all our experience and knowledge acquired up till now, in this report. This project is a keen effort to obtain the expected results and fulfill all the information required. EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Theory and practice are the two eyes of the management education. Management education without practical training at an organization remains incomplete. The training prescribed by the SRM Business student have various objectives like helping the student to acquire knowledge, give an opportunity to know the difference between theory and practice, enable the student to interact with experienced and knowledgeable persons of business world . As a student of Master of Business Administration, I got an opportunity to undergo on a training. The training title is FINAINCIAL ANALYSIS GRASIM.successfully completed my training report within the specified time. It was really a thrilling experience for me with senior officials of Aviation Industry and to interact with different members, employees of the organization. It was an experience of enjoyment through hard work and dedication. Through this finding of this report, I hope that the Aviation Industry in India as well as outside the country will benefit.
