In this role I support a broad section of our faculty with instructional leadership and help manage the
campus in various aspects. I support the principal in leading the charge to collaboratively develop

In this role I helped our campus increase overall math performance, including specific subgroup
achievement, by more than 5% on average per area. Due in part to my leadership Johnson Middle
School is the only secondary campus in McKinney ISD to inspire a Title I qualifying population to
achieve a Recognized state rating four years in a row. My roles and experiences include:

In this role I served as the lead administrator for the ESL Summer School program, planning and
coordinating meaningful language enrichment for over 100 students and leading a faculty of up to
nine. My experiences include:

Solved safety issues, protocol concerns, and logistical issues relevant to regular campus life
Designed new curriculum to fulfill need for new electives
Designed the campus bell schedule to eliminate split lunch periods, to consolidate four lunch
periods into three, to allow time for district mandated character education requirements, and to
accommodate a necessary increase in passing time; the plan saved our school thousands of
dollars due to increased efficiency
