Designed the campus bell schedule to eliminate split lunch periods, to consolidate four lunch
periods into three, to allow time for district mandated character education requirements, and to
accommodate a necessary increase in passing time; the plan saved our school thousands of

The committee selection, Richard Ellis, went on to become the 2008 Florida Teacher of the
