The following spiritual laws are presented with the intention

of informing those who wish to be aware of the protocols of a larger
arena of financial knowledge. Those persons who routinely
undertake financial transactions in the normal course of business
will find that the transactions they enter into are more likely to
operate successfully from a position of compliance than not.

2
Law #1: The Law of Recognition
(The Law of Assets)

A. You must recognize, catalog, appropriately value

and claim all assets, whether tangible or intangible, that are
properly yours. Failure to do so constitutes abandonment.

B. You must protect your assets at all times from harm,

theft and devaluation. Your primary asset is yourself.

3
Law #2: The Law of Honor
(The Law of Obligations)

A. All financial obligations and debts to others must be

properly recognized, acknowledged and settled in an
appropriate manner before you will be allowed to proceed to
a new and higher financial plateau.

B. All such obligations must be recognized in a spirit of

joy and thanksgiving, in acknowledgement of the benefits
attached to them.

4
Law #3: The Law of Just Compensation
(The Law of Receivables)

A. All financial obligations of others to you created by

financial transactions must be recognized, acknowledged,
and properly, adequately and promptly noticed to the
debtor.

B. If such service of notice is not immediately possible,

appropriate documentation must be created and placed in
an internal file opened for that purpose, for later service. If
such a debt has been forgiven, this, too, must be noted and
properly documented.

5
Law #4: The Law of Dealings
(The Law of Negotiations)
___________________________

A. Negotiate all the terms of a transaction before any

portion of the transaction is set in motion. To take any action
on any portion of the transaction prior to the finalization of
the entire contractual agreement opens the door to
argument, potential breach of the agreement and probable
failure of the transaction.

B. Proper sequencing is essential, as is the need to

honor the importance of time, timing and timeliness.

6
Law #5: The Law of Bindings
(The Law of Contracts)

A. The end result of a contractual negotiation is a final

contractual agreement. This agreement is not the launch pad
for further ongoing adjustments in the terms; a contract is
not to be viewed as a continuous work in progress.

B. To view a completed and signed contractual

agreement as being other than final is to be in breach and
dishonor from the outset, with the attaching negative
spiritual consequences and harsh penalties imposed by
higher-dimensional Enforcers.

7
Law #6: The Law of Magnetism
(The Law of Attraction)

Recognize the true nature of money: it is an energy-

entity operating in a specific electromagnetic frequency band
and is subject to the same laws of attraction and repulsion
that rule all other electromagnetic phenomena.
.

8
Law #7: The Law of Hospitality
(The Law of Welcome)

The energy-entity known as money goes where it is

made to feel welcome and at home, and will remain in
residence only as long as it is in the care and protection of a
gracious and honoring host.

9
Law #8: The Law of Offers
(The Law of Refusal)

A. Never refuse an offer of generosity from another

person or entity; if there are unacceptable strings attached,
reject the strings but never the offer itself.

B. An outright refusal creates a general negative

condition and constitutes non-admission of benefits, a
spiritual transgression.

10
Law #9: The Law of Civility
(The Law of Insult)

A. Never turn away money that wants to take up

residence with you. It will be insulted and will not come to
you again when you want it to.

B. Anyone having done this is required to perform

certain Rites of Atonement in order to zero-out the previous
transgression and the resulting spiritual debit.

11
Law #10: The Law of Reckoning
(The Law of Injury)

A. You must assign a commercial/financial value to all

injuries, whether physical, mental, emotional or spiritual,
that you may have done to any other person, being or entity,
whether by design or accident, and create an internal
document noting the obligation and how and when you
intend to discharge it. You must then discharge the
obligation at the appointed time in the designated manner.
In each and every instance, you must additionally perform a
Rite of Forgiveness for yourself in order to obtain release
from the otherwise non-cancelable burden of guilt and
remorse generated by a fully-functioning conscience.

B. You must list all injuries done to you by others that

you consider to be significant/memorable, whether they be
physical, mental, emotional or spiritual, and assign a
commercial/financial value to each. This list must then be
placed in your outstanding Receivables file, and made
temporarily part of your Assets inventory. Each person who
has created such a file must then be the subject of a Rite of
Forgiveness, and their entire debt fully discharged in this
manner. That debt is then marked “Paid in Full” and the
cancelled Receivable is retained for record-keeping purposes
only.

12
Law #11: The Law of Humility
(The Law of Higher Powers)

A. Always invoke the assistance of higher powers in

the structuring, negotiation and execution of any financial
transaction by the use of spoken prayer, meditation, or other
means of accessing the higher dimensions.

B. Remember that money itself is not a deity, but rather

a storage structure/conduit for a certain form of energy.

13
Law #12: The Law of Utterance
(The Law of Speech)

A. Listen to your own spoken words very carefully at

all times; the words that you hear coming from your mouth
are taken as gospel by the unconscious mind that rules your
true thoughts and compels your actions.

B. Careless speech can also unknowingly create binding

verbal invisible contracts that are enforceable in a court of
law, as well as on the spiritual plane.

NOTE: Possession of this knowledge creates a mandate for right action on

the part of the recipient, commencing at the moment of initial possession.
Specific knowledge carries specific responsibilities.
