Message: Dear Friends, As we all know there is new polarization is eRepublik World. eSerbia and ePoland are preparing for big company against each other, and want to get as many as possible strong allies on their side. Each of them had already had many discussions, messages and promises to all of us. The purpose of the Alliance under code name Brotherhood is aimed first of all to keep warm and ally relationships between us. As Turkish side, it is clear to us that there can be no other countries, but you eArgentina, eGreece and eRomania to whom we would trust with all of heart. We do not want to lose you, fight against yiu after going through many hard battles, and hard times with you, our brothers together! Secondly, as we all know ePoland and eSerbia have been allies for very long time, it was so in ONE time, in TWO. Now this countries decided to play a game with fighting each other. Now they want to betray all these years friendship, and who says if we will be on one of their side, they will not also betray us as well. We would like to remind you how both of this countries betrayed CoT who was both eSerbian and ePolishs close Ally. That is why as eTurkish side, we do not trust either on eSerbian MPP or on ePolish one, and do not fight for neither of these two countries. Hope you will take this arguments and ones which we did not mention here to make right for your country and our Brotherhood decision. Decription: This Alliance will include on its creation main four countries eArgentina, eGreece, eRomania, eTurkey (other countries can also be added to this list according to wish and common decision). Each country will have to have MPP with each other. Other MPPs of member countries are free from Alliance, but should also be grounded before Brotherhood s Political Council Members. eSerbian and ePolish MPP of member county is free and depends on each member countrys will as well. These MPP must be grounded before Brotherhood s Military Council Members. Other Countries can be accepted to Alliance after discussion between Members. Each alliance candidate must have at least one supporting country in Main Council of Four (eArgentina, eGreece, eRomania and eTurkey) and to hold presentation by explaining their role as future member country.

Purpose (Top Secret): We will fight for both ePolish and eSerbian side according to our MPPs. These countries wish to destroy each other, and will help both of them in it. Bad for both them they mostly consist of small colonies, and in case of conflict they will start to lose them. Main core territory of these counties is small and located very far from each other. And as militarily both of these countries are strong they will face a big struggle in keeping one anothers land under control in case of occupation. Our role in this war will be helping for both countries militarily in dividing each others empire. One group of us can and preferably will fight for eSerbia, another group for ePoland. We are free in methods of assistance, but all our as military and political actions have to be well grounded and explained before Alliance Council, so we were informed about each others plan and could help one another. Last, and maybe not nice point. We can sell our damage for both countries in the War. We are also free of expanding our territories by gaining old colonies of eSerbia and ePoland or other lands.

President of Alliance: Is elected from member countries for duration of one month, in order to keep balance, first 4 months 1 candidate representing each Main Council country will be President of Alliance, later will be elected by voting from Political Council Members. Has to keep report before Political Council each week and at the end of month before Main Council. Can be impeached by Political council. For that at least 66% of Alliance members should vote for. In case of impeachment second candidate in elections for the position will take the PoA Office. If there is no second candidate Main Council will have to put one person from its Council of Four members on the head of Alliance.

If there is no second candidate Main Council will have to put one person from its Council of Four members as Military Commander. Mercenary Group Commander: Is elected by decision of Military Group. However, is independent from MCoA or Military Council. Has to keep report before Military Council.
