We have pleasure in appointing you as HEAD-HR With G L CONSTRUCTIONS PVT. LTD. You may join your duties latest by 01/10/2013 on the following terms and conditions of your employment: You will be stationed at Mumbai and will report to Managing Director- G L CONSTRUCTIONS PVT. LTD. 1) Placement & Compensation You will be placed in the appropriate band / responsibility level of the Company, and will be entitled to compensation (salary and other applicable benefits) as detailed in Annexure A. Compensation will be governed by the rules of the Company on the subject, as applicable and/or amended hereafter. 2) However, you may have to travel on Company work to any part of the country

3) Your services are transferable at short notice to any Plant, Branch Office, Works, etc belonging to the Company in India or any other Group Company, in existence as at present or coming into existence in future, without any further notice. In the event of your transfer, the terms and conditions of employment outlined herein shall continue to apply. However, you shall be required to adhere to the rules and regulations as prevalent at the new place of posting. 4) You will be entitled for Med claim policy as per company Norms. 5) Probation: Your will be on probation for three months from the date of joining, during which, your performance will be observed to determine your suitability to the Company. On satisfactory completion of the probation period, you will be absorbed in the regular employment of the Company. Until you are informed in writing that you are confirmed, you shall continue to remain on probation. During the period of probation, your services may be terminated without notice or salary in lieu of notice. If your services are found unsatisfactory, the Company may, but is not bound to, extend the probationary period. 6) Notice pay/ termination of employment: During the probation period as originally informed or as may stand extended for any reason, this contract of employment is liable to be terminated by either party without assigning any reason and/or without notice and/or without any compensation in lieu of the notice and after satisfactorily handing over of the charge.

After confirmation, we can terminate your employment by giving a notice of one month in writing of its intention to do so, and further the Company. May at its sole discretion, waive the whole or part of the notice period without any compensation. 7) You will not, during the continuance of your employment undertake or carry on, either alone or in partnership, nor will you be directly or indirectly employed or concerned with, as principal, agent, representative clerk, assistant, servant or otherwise in any other business, trade or profession whatsoever. You will devote your whole time and attention to your duties with us. 8) By virtue of employment with the company, you may be required to do work allied, ancillary, related to or incidental to the main job. Similarly you may be asked to do any other job within your competence as judged by the company, depending upon the exigencies of the situation 9) Confidentiality Clause: During the course of your employment with us, you will come in possession of the knowledge of the trade and methods of the business. It is essential that you undertake to maintain total secrecy about all the information, knowledge, or such other matters. You shall not, yourself, by or through others allow the same to be used in any manner detrimental to the Company either during your employment or thereafter. 10) You will be bound by the certified standing orders, rules, regulations, polices and office orders in force and framed by the Company from time to time in relation to your service conditions, which will form part of your terms of employment. 11) In case there are any changes in your residential address, you will intimate the same in writing to the personnel department/Manager within three days from the date of such change and get such change of address recorded. You will be bound by the certified standing orders,rules,regulations and office orders in force and framed by the company from time to time in relation to your service conditions, which will form part of your terms of employment 12) Unauthorized Absence from Work: Your unauthorized absence from work for a continuous period of more than 3 days will be treated as absconding from duty, and in the event of your not reporting for work within further 7 days from the date of absence, the same would be treated as voluntary abandonment of service and it shall be deemed that you are no longer interested in the employment and have resigned from the Company. on your own accord. In such an event, you shall be liable to refund the salary in lieu of shortfall in notice period and other dues payable to the Company. 13) General: During your employment with the Company, you will be bound with such rules and regulations at such time and also such legal requirements as may be applicable. You are expected to give to the Company your best efforts, attention, and commitment. You are explicitly advised to refrain from any such activity, whether for monetary or any other considerations, as may become, in our opinion, a hindrance to your performance. 14) Your employment is substantially based on the information provided by you. If it is found at any stage that the information provided by you is incorrect or that some information is suppressed then your employment is liable for termination 15) On ceasing to be in the employment of this Company for any reason you will promptly settle all accounts including the return of all the Company property, tools, equipments, documents etc without making or retaining any copies.

16) Your growth in the company strictly depends upon your performance, attendance, commitment, dedication, sincerity and initiative. 17) Medical Fitness This appointment is subject to your being, and remaining, medically fit.
