As Sr. Project Sales Engineer (Plumbing and Fire Fighting):

To obtain enquiries for Plumbing and Fire Fighting works including

STP/WTP in multistory projects/ Commercial complexes/offices/ Malls
from Architects/Consultants /Clients/ contractors.
To gather market information about competitor's activities.
To Coordinate and interact with Architects/Consultants /Clients/
contractors
/ Supplies.
To Check the BOQs/Technical specification/Drawings received from
Architects/Consultants /Clients/ contractors.
Taking out the quantities from Drawings and preparing BOQ as per the
specification, BOQ is if not provided.

To raise enquiries to suppliers and follow up for the offers, scrutinize the
offers received w.r.t the specifications and Price offered.
To assist projects in solving execution level issues which may arise due
to faulty interpretation in tendering stage.
To coordinate with other dept. to Work out the tenders and submit the
