These are basically of two types: Direct expansion or DX central air conditioning plant. Chilled type central air conditioning plant. In Suncourt, chilled type central air conditioning plant is being used. It has the plant room where all the important units like the compressor, condenser, throttling valve and the evaporator are housed. AHU are present in each floor which comprise of cooling coil and the blower. The cool air is supplied to the space through ducts. The blower sucks hot return air from the room via ducts and blows it over the cooling coil.

SERVICES
ELECTRICAL PANEL ROOM An electrical room is a room or space in a building dedicated to electrical equipment. The main electrical distribution room can be of considerable size with many more smaller electrical rooms throughout the rest of the building. Electrical rooms typically house the following equipment: Electric Switch boards, Distribution board, Circuit breakers and disconnects, Electricity meters, Transformers, Bus bars, Back up batteries, Fire alarm control panels, Distribution Frames etc.

SERVICES
DIESEL GENERATOR ROOM The DG set room or diesel generator room in Suncourt comprise of 2 generators which have 1600 KVA capacity. These generators run when electrical supply fails and total load transfer takes place on DG set. PLC panels act as an intermediate and run the generators when there is power failure. PUMP ROOM It comprises of Ground Water Tank, Irrigation Water Pump, Fire Hydrant Pump, Hydrant Pump and Sprinkler Pump. The supplied water is first filtered with the help of dual media filter and then softened twice so as to remove all impurities and mineral salts. The Irrigation water pump takes water from STP and supplies it to cooling towers , flushing cisterns and for maintenance of landscaped area. The Fire Hydrant Pump carries water that is used in case of fire hazards. If electrical supply fails during fire hazard then Diesel Engine pumps work. Sprinkler Pump is used when there is minor fire and fountain of water comes out.

MIVAN- A Versatile Formwork

CONSTRUCTION

Mivan is basically an aluminium formwork system developed by one of the construction company from Europe. In 1990, the Mivan Company Ltd from Malaysia started the manufacturing of such formwork systems. An engineered system of building construction, namely 3-S system was developed for achieving, speed, strength, safety and economy in construction practices. Achieving the 3-S system in the MIVAN formwork is quite easy. The MIVAN formwork proves to cost efficient as it can be used efficiently for 250 times.

Rapid construction of multiple units of repetitive type using semi skilled labours. On leaving the MIVAN factory all panels are clearly labeled to ensure that they are easily identifiable on site.
The cut out in slabs ,walls are left in factory according to the drawings. Fitting and erecting the portion of shuttering. Carrying out concreting of the walls and slabs together.

MIVAN- A Versatile Formwork

MIVAN FORMWORK

CONSTRUCTION

Aluminium alloy panels. Excellent stiffness-to- weight ratio. 4mm thick plates. Pin and wedge arrangement system- simple pin and wedge system that passes through holes in the outside rib of each panel. Requires no bracing. Small panels no heavy equipments. Once the panels have been numbered, measuring is not necessary. As the erection process is manually, tower cranes are not required. PIN AND WEDGE SYSTEM

CONSTRUCTION

AAC (Autoclaved Aerated Concrete), is also known as autoclaved cellular concrete (ACC), these are Thermalite Blocks developed in the mid-1920s in Sweden. It is a lightweight, precast building material that simultaneously provides structure, insulation, and fire and mold resistance. AAC products include blocks, wall panels, floor and roof panels, and lintels. Major application of AAC products include light weight partition walls, protection of steel structure and lintels. The common sizes are (LxWxH) 600mm x 200mm x 200mm; 600mm x 150mm x 200mm; 600mm x 100mm x 200mm etc.
