BIBLE STUDY COMMITTEE - Assigns BS Leader/Himself - Fix/Set BS schedules - Records the Attendance SMALL GROUP COMMITTEE - Assigns SG Leader/Himself - Fix/Sets SG Schedules - Keeps the Records of Attendance from SG Leaders PRAYER COMMITTEE - In charge for Prayer Retreat (Once a Month) - In charge Prayer Meeting (30mins. Every Wednesday) - Assigns Prayer Retreat Speaker and Leader - Posts Prayer List on Whiteboard (WEEKLY) - Gathers Prayer Concerns - Acts as Prayer Committee during Outreach - Prayer Leader during CEW FELLOWSHIP COMMITTEE - In charge for Devotional - Assigns Devotional Speakers and Leaders - In charge for Special Fellowship (House Visitation, Hospital Visitation with Special Occasion Committee) DISCIPLESHIP and EVANGELISM COMMITTEE - In Charge for In-Campus Discipleship (Using 4 Spiritual Laws) - Acts as Evangelism Committee during Outreach - Acts as Sports Evangelism Director - Fix/Sets Beads or 4 Spiritual Laws Training LECTURE & TRAINING COMMITTEE - In charge for Sunday Lectures (Once a Month) - Assigns Speakers and Leaders - Acts as Witnessing Blitz Director MORNING WATCH COMMITTEE - In charge for Monthly Morning Watch - Assigns Speaker and Leader/Himself - Acts as Devotional Committee during Outreach GOSPEL HOUR COMMITTEE - In charge for Gospel Hour -Assigns Guest Speaker, for Testimony and Special Numbers DRAMA COMMITTEE - In charge for Drama Practices - Fix/Sets Practice Schedule -Assigns Character for Drama -Acts as Drama Committee during Outreach -Keep and preserve the Drama Script MUSIC COMMITTEE - In charge for Music Practices - Fix/Sets Practice Schedule - Prepares Songs for Gospel Hour and other Choir Presentation - Acts as Music Committee during Outreach - In charge for Song Updates and Praise and Worship DANCE COMMITTEE - In charge for Dance Practice - Fix/Sets Dance Schedule RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE - In charge for Team Development - Do Research and Survey in all Activities, Programs, Outreaches and GT Officers - Propose New Activities and Adjustments - Present Updates for Global Movement in Evangelism and Christian Mission and Ministries LIGHT & SOUNDS COMMITTEE - Acts as the Technical Department Operator during Outreach and other Special Activities - Maintains all Electrical and Sounds Equipment PERMIT COMMITTEE - Secures all Necessary Permits (UC for Prayer Retreat and Johnson Hall for Lectures) - Permit for Johnson AVR (Semestral Use) INFORMATION COMMITTEE - Disseminates Information & Updates for all GT Activities - Stand as Online Administrator (E-mails and Facebook) TRANSPORTATION COMMITTEE - Transacts all Transportation Matters - In charge for Drivers and Conductor SPECIAL OCCASION COMMITTEE - Keeps the Record of Birthdays - Leads Manianita & Hospital Visitation

FUND RAISING COMMITTEE - Initiates any kind of Fund Raising (Donation, Solicitation, Consignation, Contributions and etc.) OFFERING & PLEDGE COMMITTEE - Collects Offering in Devotionals only. - Collects Monthly Pledges - Turn-over the Collection to the Treasurer FOOD COMMITTEE -Prepare Food/Snacks for (Prayer Retreat, Acquaintance, Camps, Lectures, Seminar, Sports Evangelism and other Special Activities) -Acts as Food Committee during Outreach (Assigns Dishwashers and Cook) ATTENDANCE COMMITTEE -Checks the Attendance (Devotional, Lectures, Morning Watch and) -Gathers Records of Attendance from BS Comm. Head and SG Comm. Head -Decides who are qualified to go to Outreach & other Activities subject to Alumni Staff approval.

DOCUMENTATION COMMITTEES - Keeps and Preserves all Pictures Hard Copies and Soft Copies (Online) - Makes Memorabilia after Outreaches - Compile Official Portfolio for Alumni Distribution - Makes Video and Written Report for UC MEMBERSHIP & SCREENING COMMITTEE - Enlist Members Profile (Names, Address, Course, Contact Nos.) - Acts as Chairman of Screening Committee with 2(two) Deputies - Enlists GTs Semestral Schedule and Designates Groupings PROGRAM COMMITTEE - Prepare/Makes the Program for (Acquaintance Party, Witnessing Blitz, Sports Evangelism) -Acts as Program Committee during Outreach -Acts as Asst. Camp Director MEDICINE COMMITTEE In charge for Medical Supplies during (Outreaches, Camps, Witnessing Blitz and Sports Evangelism)
