OVERVIEW
1. HyppTV over Streamyx R2 is to be offered for all 8Mbps and as Add-On to 4Mbps customers in Malaysia. 2. The package will be offered starting from 8th July 2013. The new 3P 8Mbps package will replace the 2P 8Mbps package. 3. The target is to offer: 3P 8Mbps (HyppTV over Streamyx R2: hard bundled Streamyx with IPTV) at non-UniFi areas. TERMS AND CONDITIONS
HyppTV over Streamyx R2 1. The package is offered for new and existing 8Mbps Streamyx & Phone package and as Add-On for 4Mbps Streamyx & Phone Package 2. This package will provide the opportunity for 8Mbps and 4Mbps subscribers in Malaysia to experience Streamyx with HyppTV. 3. The package will be offered starting on 8th July 2013, with no extra charges/fees to be paid by 8Mbps subscribers. The subscribers existing monthly package is still payable. 4. Existing subscribers are required to register their interest and collect the STB at Tmpoints. As for New Install order, the installation will be done by TM. 5. FREE Basic Channels for 8Mbps customers. Customer will have the option to subscribe to Premium and VOD channels. 6. 7. The viewing quality are subject to the current customer existing wiring and line condition. Speed and quality of service is on best effort basis with Unlimited Broadband whereby Service is subject to availability and technical testing. 8. Where assistance is required, subscribers may contact the TM Hotline Number at 100.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
STB Installation 1. STB self installation can be done 24 hours after registration according to the STB self installation quick guide provided. For New Install order, the installation will be done by TM. 2. 3. 4. Wired connection in between STB and Modem are recommended to ensure the best viewing quality. TM shall not be responsible for service downtime and any damage done by subscribers or any third party. Customer to provide (1) workable unit of PC/Notebook, (2) workable unit of Television (TV) including (3) a unit of 4-Ports Extension Plug to ensure the complete delivery of the HyppTV over Streamyx service. 5. Customer has to ensure the STB supplied is in good condition at all times while they are in the customers possession.

Overview
What is HyppTV Everywhere?
The HyppTV Everywhere is an add-on service offered by Telekom Malaysia Berhad (TM) to allow Subscriber viewing content available at HyppTV via multiple electronic devices. Target launch date is on 8th July 2013.
Objectives
To boost the viewership of HyppTVs premium channels. Increase stickiness of UniFi & Streamyx (4&8 Mbps) packages. As part of pull factors to increase UniFi & Streamyx (4&8 Mbps) packages take up.

HyppTV Everywhere is a 'add-on' service for UniFi and Streamyx (4&8 Mbps) HyppTV subscribers. This service allow content available beyond the television set and can be watch on various multi-screen devices. UniFi and Streamyx (4&8 Mbps) subscribers must have HyppTV service in order to be able to subscribe to HyppTV Everywhere service.

The content for HyppTV Everywhere consists of current and upcoming Premium Channels available at HyppTV. The availability of current and upcoming Premium Channels is depending on the licensed rights granted by the Content Providers. The contents available for viewing on HyppTV Everywhere will depend on customer current HyppTV subscription. However, not all content will be able to be view due to licensed rights granted by the Content Providers. For example, customer subscribe to Warner TV (STB) but customer unable to view via HyppTV Everywhere this channel.

Contract Period : There is no minimum contract period for the HyppTV Everywhere service. No penalty charges will be imposed if the customer decides to unsubscribe the multiscreen feature. Registration of HyppTV Everywhere service : Customer can registered to HyppTV Everywhere service via: Existing UniFi VIP: MyUniFi Portal (Customer portal), TMUC, TMpoint NI UniFi VIP: MyUniFi Portal (Customer portal), TMUC, TMpoint Existing Streamyx customers: tm.com.my, 100, TMpoint NI Streamyx customers: tm.com.my, 100, TMpoint Customer can registered up to 5 devices per UniFi or Streamyx account. No registration fee will be charge. Monthly service rental to enjoy the HyppTV Everywhere will be monthly recurring and the charge will follow plan price:

Subscription to channels : Subscription to the channels will be only be made available via: Type of Subs UniFi VIP (Consumer) Streamyx 4&8 Mbps (Consumer) Subscription Channels MyUniFi Customer portal, Reseller Portal, EPG, TMUC & Tmpoint tm.com.my, Reseller Portal, EPG, 100 & TMpoint
Customer is flexible to add the channels at anytime. Channels subscribe via multiscreen devices will be automatically available for viewing via television. For less than one month subscription, customers will be charged on pro-rated fee.
Termination of HyppTV channel : Termination of the channels can only be done via TMUC/100 and at TMpoint. Termination of HyppTV Everywhere Service : Termination of the HyppTV Everywhere service can be done via TMpoint. If customer request to terminate UniFi/ Streamyx services, automatically the HyppTV Everywhere will also be terminated since it tagged to the UniFi/ Streamyx service. No early termination charges. Billing Related Details: HyppTV service shall be billed and charged as per channel subscription and the bill will be issued directly to customer as per UniFis/ Streamyxs current billing process. (Single bill)

4.0 Download & Install HyppTV App

- Press Install to install the application
- HyppTV app is downloading the application into the device
4.0 Download & Install HyppTV App - The application will

install the apps once its completed downloading
- Press Open to launch the HyppTV application
2.2 Enter Username & Password
- Key in the username & password - Tick Auto Login and press Login
6.0 Play Live TV or VOD,

- Press Live TV icon - Scroll up and down to see the list of all available channels - Press a channel icon to go to the channel page

The screen will auto rotate to become horizontal to show live TV stream

- The page will show the info of the VOD title - Press play icon to watch the VOD
- The screen will auto rotate to become horizontal to show the VOD - User can also use the pause, fast forward and rewind function

- Press Live TV icon and it will show the TV Guide - Press Play icon to watch the Live TV Channel

- Go to VOD tab to go to VOD page - Navigate using left or right arrow or go to a VOD channel to select a VOD title

Troubleshooting for Internet Browser

For Mozilla Firefox, - Go to Mozilla Firefox browser >> Tools >> Options - Go Content Tab, check or tick i) Load images automatically ii) Enable JavaScript

For Internet Explorer, - Go Internet Explorer browser >> Setting >> Internet Options
Go Security Tab, Ensure The security Level is Default level and Medium-High

For Google Chrome, - Go Google Chrome browser >> Customize and Settings>> Settings

For Google Chrome, - In Setting Page >> Content Settings, Ensure
i) Images >> Show all images(recommended) ii) JavaScript >> Allow all sites to run JavaScript(recommended)
