Terms & Conditions Full Time

Candidates with different technologies with varied experience levels varies between 8.33% to 21% of the total annual cost to the company for the candidate. Taxes Extra.

On Deployment Contract / Contract to hire Cost ranges from Rs.30,000 to Rs.2,00,000 depending on the relevant experience, profile of the organization and profile of the candidate. Taxes Extra.
For any resigned/absconding Candidate, a replacement will be provided by Taya Technologies and further replacement will not be provided in case the replaced candidate resigns/absconds from the services. Taya Technologies will validate and provide the CVs to Client for the mandate/s given. In the course of the fulfillment and there after if any Candidate is recruited by Client from such CVs (Even if such a CV was rejected earlier) within 6 months of referring by Taya Technologies, Client is bound to inform Taya Technologies on the first instance to raise the invoice or alternatively Taya Technologies will raise the invoice.
