Dear Sir/ Madam, Bright Minds Education Pvt. Ltd. (hereafter referred to as BRIGHTMINDS) is pleased to offer you our Franchise to open a preschool/play school in your City/Town. The Terms and Conditions of the Franchise contract will be as follows Amount Payable/Invested by the Franchisee One time Franchisee fee/Consultancy Fee at the time of agreement as per location Rs.1, 25,000/- + service tax Infrastructure ((Furniture/Teaching Aids/Equipments/Setup/Painting)*) Rs.1, 50,000- 5, 00,000/- + Tax as Govt. Rules (Depends upon Area/Town/City) Note: - *as per requirements
These are the minimum cost to start a play school.

Period of contract | Term & Conditions 1. The period of the contract will be 5 years. 2. Franchisee/ Consultancy fee is non-refundable. 3. Operating support Charges as per Location/Business partner.
4. 5. 6. 7. 8. All advertisement expenses for your local area will be your responsibility. Student kit to be purchased from Head office. Training to your staff will be provided with no extra charges. All the support will be provided regarding day to day operations. All payment will be charged in advance by DD /Cheque in the favor of Bright Minds Education Pvt. Ltd. 9. Taxes will be charged according to Govt. policy.

Requirements from Franchisee The franchisee will need to provide at least 1500 (Excluding Metro Cities) sq feet of space for the preschool. It should be on the ground floor with a built in toilet. It should be safe for children. The Franchisee will need to get the approval from the local Municipal Authority, No Objection Certificate from the society and site Commercialisation proof. ( if required as per local Municipal norms ) The Franchisee needs to hire teachers and maids before the start of the academic session. The remuneration of the teachers and maids is entirely payable by the Franchisee.

Material will be provided by Bright Minds Education (P) Limited (Material list can be collect from Bright Minds Office Only) All the costs related to movement of the materials from our Jaipur Office/ vendor to franchisee location/play school will be borne by the franchisee only. Bright Minds reserves the right to change the constituents of the list.

Support to be provided by Bright Minds BrightMinds will provide the curriculum for the Playgroup, Nursery and KG every year. BrightMinds will send at their expense a trainer who will come to the Franchisee centre for training the teachers on running the centre. This will be a 1 day session and the Franchisee needs to ensure all teachers attend this training session. BrightMinds will mention the Franchise address and contact details on the company website.

Fee Structure and Revenue Sharing Details To be decided by the Franchisee with final approval of BrightMinds management. Fee will be as per paying capacity of people, competition offering and demographics of population. Fee to be Bright Minds share collected Once annually, at the 2000-3000 Nil time of admission 2 Student Kit Charges Once annually, at the 2500-3500 2300 time of admission 3 Tuition Fee Monthly 700 2000 As per location 4 Activity Fee Once annually, at the 1500-4000 As per time of admission location 5 Prospectus + 200 100 Admission Form Please note that this is an indicative structure and final structure will be decided on the basis of discussions with the Franchisee.
