11 Unit Wrap Up In Class Debate Students will engage in an in-class debate after writing their policy recommendations. Each side will have 8 minutes to present their main points and then will have 5 minutes for rebuttal. There will be a question and answer portion of the debate for each side that will last another 5 minutes.
