Due to the specific installation conditions, different models have been designed, aiming at minimizing the inconveniences caused by hard-to-reach locations, uneven relief, road crossing, etc.

Specific for transmission lines, the AERIAL DAYLIGHT WARNING SPHERES - Standard Model are recommeded for use on steel lightning conductors. They are provided with a conductor fitting system, composed of aluminum alloy brackets and hexagonal head screws, hot dip galvanized steel washers and nuts and rubber supports which are previously adjusted for fixation on conductors of diameters from 6,35mm to 22,22mm (1/4 to 7/8). Due to screws with different lengths, such system permits to open and assemble the sphere on the conductor, without removing it completely.

The WARNING SPHERES for installation from helicopter have a special counter-weight fixation system, developed by RITZ DO BRASIL S.A. (Patent Pending), with an opening and coupling mechanism operated by a single eye-screw, using a specific RITZGLAS grip-all clamp stick. This allows for a quick and safe installation of the sphere on the transmission line, directly from the helicopter.

The WARNING SPHERES for OPGW conductors have been developed to prevent possible damages to the conductor, either for OPGW conductors or guard-conductors. FITTING SYSTEM The ESRO-600 WARNING SPHERES are provided with a fitting system, using special aluminum alloy brackets, rubber conductors support and hot dip galvanized screws, nuts and washers. Aluminum alloy wire formed shield and grip are part of the fitting system as well, to prevent the OPGW conductors from being damaged.
