NOTE: This is an exceptionally well uddered high producing herd of dairy cattle. This herd will include Holstein, Red Holstein
as well as Jersey Holstein Cross and Swiss Cross dairy cows. This herd has been on ofcial DHIA testing for over 50 years
with current records indicating a herd average of 18,000 lbs. milk, 3.85% 692 fat and 3.1% 550 protein, 70 pound tank average.
SCC averaging 250,000. No BST. This herd could not be timed better for prospective buyers with several just fresh or due soon
after sale time. All cows milked in a tie-stall facility. Articial breeding along with registered herd sires from leading area herds
used since the late 1950s. AI sires include: Rozel, Table, Texiera, Olympic and Oden, among others. All heifers and some cows

Working with Rural Utility
Services (RUS) and Cooperative Finance Cooperative
(CFC), CoBank and external
auditors
In charge of accounting, billing, collections, human resources, and office administrative personnel.
Experience should include:

Bachelors Degree in business, accounting or finance,
and six (6) years accounting
experience.
A minimum of two (2) years
supervisory experience preferred; or an Associate Degree in a field listed above,
plus ten (10) years of accounting experience
Must be self-motivated, dependable, have a high degree of integrity, and possess strong leadership capabilities.
