REQUERIMIENTOS

Nunca drenes una aeronave sin utlizar todos tus implementos!!!!!! Si no los tienes completos NO drenes, no realices la funcin. Solicita ayuda a tus compaeros o Supervisor. El no utilizar los implementos puede causar enfermedades de la piel y ojos e impactara tu salud personal seriamente.

QUE ES EL PROCESO DE DRENAJE

Este proceso consiste en drenar o limpiar las tanques spticos de las aeronaves, mantenindolos siempre limpios y sin olores desagradables tanto para el personal como para los pasajeros siguiendo los estndares de servicio y calidad.

DATOS IMPORTANTES DEL TANQUE

La capacidad mxima es de 60 galones de agua. Se drena el contenido y se enjuaga Se llena con 5 galones de agua azul (agua + desinfectante).

PASOS PARA LIMPIEZA Y DRENAJE DEL TANQUE

Verificar el area por rayaduras o golpes. Verificar por indicios de Blue Ice. Acople de vehculo de drenaje, utilizando el gua y haciendo las 3 paradas (8, 4 y 2 mts.) Abrir el panel, vlvula de Kaizer, colocar la manguera, Quitar seguro de la Tapa Interior y Halar la Palanca de Lock

ENJUAGUE DEL TANQUE DE DRENAJE

Colocar la manguera de Agua azul en la boquilla Abastecer el tanque con 3 5 galones Drenarlo nuevamente para garantizar que est completamente limpio Abastecer nuevamente 5 galones, los cuales permanecern en el tanque para que el qumico acte a medida que se utilice durante el vuelo.

PROCEDIMIENTO DE ACOPLE
Recuerda siempre hacer las tres paradas para probar los frenos durante el acople. Se hace a los 8, 4 y 2 mts de la aeronave Los conductores del carro de drenaje deben utilizar siempre la ayuda de un gua y a la vez seguir sus instrucciones

PROCEDIMIENTO DE ACOPLE

Recuerda siempre colocar los calzos al bajarte del vehculo. Estos son proteccin en caso que los frenos fallen.

CONCLUSIN SEGURA DEL DRENAJE

Esperar que todo el contenido de los ductos se haya drenado. Verificar que las perillas estn en su lugar Vlvula de Kaizer debidamente cerrada Cerrar el panel Limpiar el rea del panel por residuos de Agua Azul

WATER SERVICE PROCEDURES B737?

Approach and Positioning: operation and care of all ground support equipment, including water service trucks, must be in accordance with existing company procedures as outline in the Ground Operations Manual. Servicing Procedures: open the access door, check for any visible sign of damage, if found reporte immediately to your supervisor. If fill caps are missing:
If any caps are available,ensure one is put on. If caps are note available notify CM Maintenance prior to aircraft departure.

When servicing the drinking water on aircraft: Remove the cap form the fill line, and open the fill/overflow valve on the service panel. Remove the fill hose from the truck deadhead position. Before attaching the hose to the aircraft fill line, you must purge the fill hose.

Purging of the fill hose is performed by turning on the pump/faucet for three to five seconds and permitting the water to run onto the ramp.

After purging the fill hose, attach it to the aircraft fill line. This is performed by rotating the end of the fill hose coupling to the left(unlocked position), placing it on the fill line and rotating the coupling to the right (locked position). Turn on the pump and fill the aircraft holding tank. When the aircraft tank is full, the water will begin to run out of the overflow drain on the service panel. Remove the fill hoseby rotating the coupling to the left and replacing the fill hose onto the vehicle deadhead position. Ensure the hose cap is installed. Permit water to fully drain before replacing the aircraft fill line cap. When not in use, the end of the service hose must be capped or plugged and attached to approved storage fitting. When not in use, hose must be stowed on a hose reel or suitable brackets or rack to prevent kinking, damage, exposure, and contaminates from dirt, oil,etc.

DATOS IMPORTANTES

La capacidad mxima del tanque de agua potable es de 60 gl y la minima de 15gl. Cuando est bajo nivel mnimo el sistema automticamente bloquea cualquier fuente de agua potable (plumas, baos y cafeteras).

AGUA POTABLE ERJ190

ABASTECIMIENTO DE AGUA POTABLE EN EL ERJ190

A diferencia del Boeing 737 el ERJ190 tiene una perilla para vaciar y llenar el tanque. Purgar la manguera para que el contenido que haya quedado en la misma sea eliminado Conectar la manguera de llenado de agua potable antes de abrir la vlvula. EMB tiene un marcador en el mismo panel donde te avisa, al encenderse una luz verde, cuando el tanque est lleno. Cuando el APU est apagado no se puede llenar el tanque.

CLEANING AND SANITIZING OF WATER EQUIPMENT

SANITIZACIN DE LA PIPETA DE AGUA

Es el proceso mediante el cual se realiza la esterilizacin de la pipeta de agua potable. Este proceso se realiza con el objetivo de eliminar limo e impurezas del tanque para garantizar un servicio de calidad cumpliendo con los estndares de salud establecidos.

REQUIREMENTS
General: Equipment (carts and vehicles) used to dispense potable water must be cleaned and sanitized every month. Hydrant hoses are required to be cleaned and sanitized only on their inicial installation. Cleaning and sanitizing shall also be accomplished on new equipment prior to its use,when equipment has had its water system opened for replacement or repair of its parts, and whenever equipment water systems become contaminated or suspected of contamination.

PROCESO DE SANITIZACIN DE LA PIPETA DE AGUA

Se realiza de la siguiente manera: Llenar la pipeta de agua Vaciar 1gl de vinagre en el tanque de agua. Dejar reposar por 1 hora. Botar el vinagre. Enjuagar con agua hasta que desaparezca el olor a vinagre. Se llena el tanque (listo para la operacin).

Realizar por lo menos una vez al mes!
