Generating the Report on sales history data:


;ith this /eport Sheet, the s$stem gathers the available in!ormation abo t each gro p o! prod ct scale records in the Sales and loads it into the Sales /eporting per $earl$. Beca se most o! the in!ormation is a tomaticall$ generated, this anal$sis is more e!!icient and acc rate than ne'pected sales entr$, it helps $o to identi!$ leases either with problems in the e'isting set p !or sales overage. ;e have re5 irement to generate the report on each !actor o! the compan$, it not onl$ incl des the prod ction and selling o! the prod ct b t also meas res the per!ormance o! each sta!! members. ;e have developed the report which identi!ies these !actors. It gives the invested prod ction cost !or each prod ct $ear wise. The sold " antit$ o! the prod ct $ear wise. The pro!it gained $earl$. It gives the 5 antit$ o! the prod ct made $ear wise. It gives the discarded prod ct which got ret rn a!ter sell. The reasons responsible !or the ret rn o! the prod ct with description o! the responsible reason. Calculation of the production cost of the product


It is re5 ire calc lating the prod ction cost o! each prod ct !or #nowing the investment done on the prod ct. =or these t$pes o! calc lation per!orming !actors we mostl$ se the ga ge chart. Calculations related to the selling of the product


=or the calc lation o! the selling we have ta#en one more ga ge chart which gives the per!ormance o! selling !or the prod ct and also an attached list-bo' which helps to !ind the selling cost which has been charged !or each prod ct.

Here the e'pression ta#en !or the ga ge chart is S m>Selling ? and we ta#e one val e in the dimension in!ront !or which we have to !ind the res lt >Prod ct name?. The e'pression can be given b$ going to the e'pression tab and adding the e'pression here as shown.

Calculations related to the returned quantity of the product


@ow the !oc s sho ld be on the reasons behind the decrease pro!it ratio o! the $ear .,,- and what the !actors responsible !or it. I! the compan$ is responsible, then we need the ratio o! A" antit$ o! prod ctionA o! that partic lar prod ct in that $ear and its A/et rned " antit$A. So we will choose a pivot table in which we will ta#e three e'pressions .The meas rement o! the ret rned 5 antit$ o! the prod ct is most important beca se we sho ld have the #nowledge abo t how m ch 5 antit$ o! that prod ct is going to be a waste.
