www.cubiks.com

Selecting the most important competencies to be assessed in selection, development or performance management situations has become quicker, easier and more reliable with the Cubiks Competency Profiler. This innovative new online instrument allows multiple stakeholders in an organisation to contribute to any process that requires the identification of critical competencies, for example:
The identification of competencies for a role prior

By bringing together the view of multiple individuals, the system also introduces greater balance and objectivity to the competency profiling process. HOW DOES COMPETENCY PROFILER WORK? Using the online system, a project administrator sends email invitations to Job Experts from within an organisation asking them to log-in to the Cubiks Competency Profiler website and complete a brief online questionnaire. The Job Experts have to rate each competency in terms of its perceived importance to the role, function or process. Once all Job Experts have completed the questionnaire, a report can then be generated that clearly illustrates the areas of consensus and the key priority competencies. The tool also contains a useful filtering facility that allows users to separate the results according to the seniority level or regional grouping of the job experts. A TAILORED SOLUTION The standard version of the Cubiks Competency Profiler includes the full content of the Cubiks Competency Framework, one of the most highly regarded organisational competency frameworks available today. In addition, the system can be tailored to include the competency framework of your organisation if that is either preferred or required. Your logo can also be incorporated to further personalise the system. HOW CAN YOU ACCESS THE COMPETENCY PROFILER? If you need help from Cubiks on a specific project that requires the identification of critical competencies, our team can work with you on a consultancy basis using the Competency Profiler system as a key element in our toolkit. Alternatively, if you expect to carry out profiling exercises on a regular basis, the Competency Profiler can be licensed to your organisation and quickly activated following a brief training programme for users.
