Proposal and Contract

1. Executive Summary / Objective

Based on contributions by Nirala India in the form of ACAD files / Pdfs, Floor plan, site plan, Material Schedule and references. Eyellusion Art Studio would provide up to 05 (Five) Exterior High resolution renderings and 05 Interior High resolution renderings and a High Definition 05 to 06 min Walkthrough Video of 1280 px X 720 px (Pal D1) of Nirala Greenshire, Greater Noida, (Walkthrough covers the exteriors and Interior to the any one Apartment, As per requirement. Walkthrough covers:A) the exterior to the township, B) Theme based story covers the whole walkthrough, C) Site location to be highlighted D) Location mapping E) Aerial Profiling of the Area showcasing the entire master plan F) Descriptive Birds eye view of the development G) Entrance and Exit Points to various zones H) Drive Through for Apartment I) Exterior Landscape in totality J) 360 degree exterior of the development
K) Vehicular Movement/ parking facility (Ground level and underground including ramps for entry and exit etc.) L) Clubhouse M) Tennis courts, Swimming Pool etc N) All Landscape elements visible in Area in the provided CAD files O) Voice Over to be recorded Aerial view of the development Evening view

Night view of the development Entry and Exit Animation Stock Footage to be used for club interiors if required

Walkthrough starts from the Morning and ends with the night shot of the site, covering all the four times of a day ( Morning, Afternoon Evening and Night) Within the walk through the trees would be Animated to show life and wind.

We also provide services for web and software development, Web Development, Mobile Applications, Customize Database Solutions, IT Maintenance, Virtual Interactive Animations, Game Base Learning, E-Commerce, E-Learning and etc.

3. Scope of Work: Eyellusion Art Studio would provide up to 05 (Five) Exterior High resolution renderings and 05 Interior High resolution renderings and a High Definition 05 to 06 min Walkthrough Video of 1280px X 720px (Pal D1) of Nirala Greenshire, Greater Noida,

4. Additional Requirements Updated CAD drawings and approvals are to be provided at appropriate times by the client for the work to be completed on time.

5. Deliverables:

The lists of deliverables are as follows: Eyellusion Art Studio would provide 1. 05 (Five) Exterior High resolution renderings. 01 Aerial Birds Eye View of the property. 03 Eyelevel Day View Renderings Focusing the landscaping garden, Main Entry and Apartment blocks. 01 Night View / Evening View Eyelevel Rendering of the property 2. High Definition 05 to 06 min Walkthrough Video of 1280px X 720px (Pal D1) of Nirala Greenshire, Greater Noida, 3. 05 Interior 3D Renderings

Costing, Payment Process and Time Required DESCRIPTION 1. 01 Aerial Birds Eye View of the property. 2. 03 Eyelevel Day View Renderings Focusing the landscaping garden, Main Entry and Apartment blocks. 3. 01 Night View / Evening View Eyelevel Rendering of the property 4. 05 Interior 3D Renderings 5. High Definition 05 to 06 min Walkthrough Video of 1280px X 720px (Pal D1) of Nirala Greenshire, Greater Noida PRICING TIME REQUIRED

All Exterior / Interior Renderings would be Rs 08,00,000 /delivered in 25 to 30 working days from the Grand Total = Rs starting date of the excluding 08,00,000 /- + Service tax project Sundays, walkthrough as applicable will follow in the next 20 / 25 days from the above delivery-.

Payment Process: 50 % of total contract on Project commencement 30 % of the Total Cost at the Low res Animatic or at the delivery of the still renderings, whichever is earlier 20 % of total project on completion and at project delivery
Note: Minor amendments are built in to the costing. Major changes will be chargeable like change in floor plan drawings and advised prior to commencement. Charges for any major changes will be advised and explained prior to commencement. Any amendments will require written approval from the client.

8. Terms and Conditions

Client Responsibility Client will ensure timely availability of all user personnel for discussions according to mutually agreed schedules during various phases of deployment of the project.

Confidentiality Eyellusion Art Studio and Client will maintain strict confidentiality regarding project members, discussions held, documents information and reports. Also the source files for the project will be the property of Eyellusion Art Studio and cannot be share with any other parties. The files will get shared only after receiving the additional payment of 50 percent to the total cost of the project.

Advance Payments . Time frame length is dependent on availabilities of resource as in documents, point of contact, meeting availability and timely payment of funds from the client. Starting date of

the project will be 3 days from the clearance of advance funds in Eyellusion art studio account referenced as Eyellusion Art Studio Force majeure Eyellusion Art Studio will not be responsible for delays due to the circumstances out of human & companies control, violence, strikes, civil commotion, war, flood or any delays in payments and content providing by the client.

Validity This proposal is valid up to 15 days. Once accepted by both parties and signed this document will become a starting of project document and a Contract between both parties.
