2014 Eden Buffet Meal $86.50 per person ++


FACILITY
Facility use is for 7 hours (2 hours for bride to get ready, and 5 hour ceremony and reception time) and full use of Bridal Suite and Reception area on the day of the event. Music must be off by 11:00 and client, guests and all vendors must be off the property no later than midnight. Approved vendors have access 3 hours prior to ceremony. (SEE FACILITY RELATED COSTS AND CHARGES SEPARATE FROM MEAL PRICE)

EQUIPMENT AND SUPPLIES


Tables (set for 10), TWO SETS OF WEDDING WHITE FOLDING CHAIRS (ceremony and reception) Head table or Sweetheart table with linens Set up of chairs for ceremony (If change in regular set up location, a $250 charge will apply) Gift and guest book area, Place card, Cake table and DJ table with linens All Buffet equipment, Buffet Linens and Buffet Floral China service: dinner plates, flatware, water goblets and wine glass (or champagne flute) All seating linens and cloth napkins (40 color choices) All upscale disposable ware for hors doeuvres, cake and bar

CATERING STAFF
Our expertly-trained staff will set up the ceremony and reception areas, coordinate timing with the DJ, decorate buffets, buss, serve toast, cut and serve cake and provide all breakdown and all clean up (Client is responsible for clean up and removal of all items brought in for decoration, etc.)

WEDDING COORDINATOR SERVICES


On site coordination included-see list of COORDINATION SERVICES included for the rehearsal and for day of wedding

All Beer, Wine, and Champagne is to be provided by CLIENT and served by Command Performance *FULL BAR SET UP OPTION (Add 3.00 per person) Includes equipment, mixers, garnishes for mixing with hard liquor added to partial bar service ( client to provide Hard Liquor )
