Construction These floor panels are based on a 600mm square module. The Tile steel shell comprises of top and bottom sheet that is wrapped around and laminated with HPL. Top and bottom plates are mechanical stitched and spot welded with64 hemisphere for greater strength. Tile cavity is filled with cement, epoxy, fly ash, slurry. Top of the tile is laminated with antistatic laminate and it is hot pressed . Edges are secured with PVC edge trims.
