DEED OF DONATION

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

That this DEED OF DONATION, made and entered into by and between Spouses ALFREDO P. AMPAGUEY and YOLANDA C. AMPAGUEY,both of legal ages, Filipino citizens, with residence at Tadiangan, Tuba, Benguet, hereinafter called the DONORS, and ARVIN C. AMPAGUEY married to Jocelyn O. Ampaguey, LEAH C. AMPAGUEY, ROY C. AMPAGUEY married to Bernadette Z. Ampaguey, and VILMA C. AMPAGUEY, single, daughters and sons of the DONORS, likewise of legal ages, Filipino citizens, and all residence of Tadiangan, Tuba,Benguet hereinafter referred to as the DONEES.

WITNESSETH:
That the Donors are the owner of a certain parcel of land covered and embraced by ASSESSMENT OF REAL PROPERTY NO. 99-010-00067, located at Irisan,Tadiangan,Tuba,Benguet with an area of FIVE THOUSAND (5000) SQUARE METERS more or less and bounded as follows: North East: Norma Aping East: Antonio Diaz South West: Oniel Oras West: Jacinto Aping

And particularly describe in subdivision plan logged as PSU-1-002057-Amd in the name of Spouses Alfredo P. Ampaguey and Yolanda C. Ampaguey issued by the Land Management Services (LMS) DENR-CAR with an area of FIVE THOUSAND (5,000) SQUARE METERS,subdivided into FIVE (5) LOTS designated as LOT 4-A with an AREA of ONE THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED (1,200) SQ. M.,LOT 4-B with an AREA of TWO HUNDRED TWENTY EIGHT (228) SQ. M., LOT 4-C with an AREA of ONE THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED FOURTY SEVEN (1,447) SQ. M., LOT 4-D with an AREA of NINE HUNDRED FIVE (905) SQ. M., and LOT 4-E with an AREA of ONE THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED TWENTY (1,220) SQ. M., a copy of the said approved plan is hereto attached and made part of this document. That for and in consideration of the love and affection which the DONORS has for the DONEES, and as an act of liberality and generosity, the DONORS hereby voluntarily and freely ,GIVES, TRANSFER and CONVEYS, by way of donation, unto said DONEES, their heirs, executors, administrators and assigns, all of the rights and interests which the said DONORS have in the above-described real property, together with all the improvements which may be found therein, free from all liens, encumbrances and charges whatsoever in the manner, to wit: a. UNTO DONEE ARVIN C. AMPAGUEY, LOT 4-A with an area of ONE THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED (1,200) SQUARE METERS; b. UNTO DONEE LEAH C. AMPAGUEY, LOT 4-B with an area of TWO HUNDRED TWENTY EIGHT (228) SQUARE METERS and LOT 4-E with an area of ONE THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED TWENTY (1,220) SQUARE METERS; c. UNTO DONEE ROY C. AMPAGUEY, LOT 4-C with an area of ONE THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED FOURTY SEVEN (1,447) SQUARE METERS; d. UNTO DONEE VILMA C. AMPAGUEY, LOT 4-D with an area of NINE HUNDRED FIVE (905) SQUARE METERS.

That the DONORS have reserved for themselves sufficient property to support themselves in consonance with their standing in society. That the DONEES hereby receives and accepts this gift and donation made in their favor by the DONORS, and they hereby expresses their appreciation and gratefulness for the kindness and generosity of the DONORS. That the property covered by ASSESSMENT OF REAL PROPERTY No. 99-010-00067 not having been registered under Act No. 496 nor the under the Spanish Mortgage Law the parties have agreed to register this instrument under the provision of Act No. 3344. Finally the parcel of land subject of the DONATION are now in possession of the respective donees.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the DONORS and the DONEES have hereunto signed this DEED OF DONATION this ____ day of July 2009 at La Trinidad, Benguet.

This instrument refers to a DEED OF DONATION of ONE (1) PARCEL OF LAND consisting of THREE (3) pages including the page on which the acknowledgement is written and signed by the parties and their witnesses on each and every page. WITNESS MY HAND AND NOTARIAL SEAL.
