About the Society

The BHARATHI EDUCATIONAL SOCIETY was established at Proddatur in Y.S.R (Kadapa) District, with an objective of providing quality education in this region. Under the same management a High school is also operational. After gaining rich experience in the field of education at the school level, the society forayed into the field of technical education by establishing CBIT in 2008 and VBIT in 2009. Young and energetic committee members, Sri V.Jaya Chandra Reddy, Secretary & Correspondent, Sri G.V. Sagar Reddy, President, Sri C.Reddy Kumar,Vice- President, Sri C.Reddy Upendra Babu, Treasurer and Sri. A.Vijaya Bhaskar Reddy, Member, are committed and dedicated to make these institutions as the best one not only in this region but also in ANDHRA PRADESH.

About our Institutions

Chaitanya Bharathi Institute of Technology (CBIT) established in the academic year 2008, and Vignana Bharathi Institute of Technology (VBIT) established in the academic year 2009 are affiliated to Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Anantapur(J.N.T.U.A) with the recognition of Govt. of A.P. and with the approval of the All India Council for Technical Education (A.I.C.T.E), New Delhi.

CBIT&VBIT institutions under BHARATHI EDUCATION SOCIETY have been established under the aegis of Sri. V.JAYACHANDRA REDDY. He has been in the field of education for the last 25 years with the intention of Spearheading quality education. He modestly believes that professionalism only succeeds in todays digital world. Keeping this in view he created a right ambience for learning. He gives right inspiration, focus and creativity with Possibilities Unlimited which carved a niche for himself. He easily peels away the husk of phobia with encouragement and faith revealing the student leadership ability. He diligently works on it. He has a single minded focus, determination and guided us through a stream of challenges in incorporating best Technology, Technological Based Academics. With Steady steps he continues to march forward and spurs relentless pursuit of excellence. With his vast epoch in educational field, he entered into professional education by establishing many other colleges such as B.Ed, B.Sc., (Nursing) MBA, MCA which are successfully functioning under his able guidance. His sense of Perseverance is to make the institutions into one of the most soughtafter centers for excellence, through quality education. Principal (CBIT)
Dr. PANDURANGAN RAVI,Professor In Mathematics has worked in different organizations under various capacities for nearly 2 decades. He has post graduated from Madras University and holds M.Phil from the same. He pursued MBA from Sikkim Manipal University. He received M.Tech., (CSE) from Singhania University. He Obtained his Ph.D Degree In the field of Fuzzy Topology From Ranchi University. He has published 5 Research papers in the field of Mathematics on the topics of Analytic Number Theory and Fuzzy Topology in international Journals. He is the recepient of International Kohinoor Award for Educational Excellence for the year 2011 by Global Achievers Foundation. He is life member of Indian Society for Technical Education (LM 76698), Editorial Board Member of International Journal of Mathematical Sciences & Applications (ISSN: 2230-9888)and Editorial Board Member of American Mathematics and Sciences ( ISSN: 2230:8471)and Editorial Board Member of International Journal of Mathematics To add colour to his profile he presented a paper in International Conference ICMCB 2011 held in Malaysia. In addition to this he travels all over the globe to learn and imbibe the best practices valiantly. He visited United Arab Emirates, Srilanka and University of Pardubice, Czech Republic, Europe Union for Faculty Exchange Program and Research Program. His service in the field of education is highly commendable. The motivation which he provides to the students creates an atmosphere permeated with love, encouragement and acceptance, conducive to the unfolding of the students latent potentialities that is the treasure within them. He has got sagacious stewardship in imparting value-based education.

Principal (VBIT)
Sri. G. Sreenivasula Reddy, Professor in Computer Science and Engineering earned accolades through teaching in Engineering Colleges for nearly 15 years He pursued B.E., (Mech.) from Bangalore University, MCA from Madurai Kamaraj University and M. Tech from JNTU, Hyderabad. He is doing research from SV University on Data mining. He has Presented 3 research Papers on image processing in National and International Conferences. He has a positive approach which augurs well for the future. In his endeavours he strives to reach higher pinnacles of excellence in technical education. He walks the talks along with his staff, cheering his students in various venues and immersing himself in the crux of educational issues. He is a sober personality and buttresses the institution in every affair.

CBIT & VBIT are located in a sprawling 30 acres of land at Vidyanagar, PRODDATUR, in Y.S.R.(KADAPA) District. The campus is located on the old Mumbai Chennai Highway, at an equal distance of 10 kms from Proddatur and Mydukur. The nearest railway station is at Yerraguntla which is on the Mumbai Chennai Railway line, at a distance of 11 Kms from Proddatur - an important commercial and industrial town of Rayalaseema region.

Education Goes & Grows Global

Global Perspective in education is the order of the day. Tie ups with Universities abroad makes learning in CBIT fruitful. To Produce the most technologically current and pedagogically effective in the ever-changing phase of Science & Technology, CBIT has signed an MoU with University of Pardubice, Pardubice, Czech Republic, Europe Union. The MoU brings out the furtherance of education, research, Faculty Exchange Program and Student Exchange Program. Already the Dean, Head of EEE and CSE from University of Pardubice made a visit to our college. Because of this the Faculty at CBIT is also gaining International Exposure which in turn useful while coaching students in India. Prof.A.Venkateshwara Reddy, Head, Department of EEE, along with the Principal CBIT had visited Pardubice, Czech Republic for Faculty Exchange Programme. Their performance paved way for others to send more and more programmes in the coming years

To Provide a pleasant stay the college has campus attached hostel for indians and Foreigners separately with air-conditioned rooms for boys and girls. A HEALTHY MIND CAN ONLY RESIDE IN A HEALTHY BODY. Keeping this view delicious and nutritious food is served under the best hygienic conditions. Continental nouvelle cuisine facility is also available for international students.

Library

The Library has a myriad of text books and reference books pertaining to all Branches and Specializations. The library subscribes to International and National journals. By being a member of IEEE, a number of the societal publications are also received. Taking cognizance of the importance of TOEFL, IELTS, GRE and GMAT, related materials are regularly acquired and stocked in the digital library. We stack books from various fields to quench the thirst of the students. It has a digital library with 10 systems connected through LAN with 10 Mbps internet connection along with printer, scanner and xerox machine. In all these systems stacked with e-journals / magazines / books of National and International Level.

Training & Placement Cell

To cater the needs of the Students of this region a special effort is created in CBIT group Placement Cell. With attrition rate of escalating many institutions, students management has become the latest buzzword. So to provide the best quality education alluring marketing management, professional environment - campus recruitment is conducted. ENTRY AS A STUDENT AND EXIT AS A JOB HOLDER is the sole aim of CBIT Management. We take care of Maximum Placement. Placement cell is opened to help the students in planning their career and expert guidance. Efforts are on, to arrange campus placement. The cell tries to bring many leading MNC companies for campus interviews. For the final year students Mock Group Discussion, Mock Interviews, and Aptitude tests are conducted periodically to groom their confidence level as many students are from rural background. The cell also takes the responsibility of enriching the soft skills and communication skills of the students for the Total Personality Development to meet the needs of the industries and high techs institutions. For exposing the talents of students, search for job opportunities in national and multinational level we do send faculty members for career exploration which offers career option that rarely get discussed in traditional curriculum.

NSS Programme
In India the idea involving students in the task of national service dates back to the times of Mahatma Gandhi. The Central theme which he tried to impress upon the students time and again was that they should always keep before them their social responsibility. NOT ME BUT YOU reflects the essence of democratic and upholds the need for selfless service. Both the colleges with 100 volunteers of each college are doing services selflessly under this scheme, by adapting the near by village and doing services for the welfare of them.

Blood Donation camp

Mother Gives life only once but the blood which we give , gives rebirth to the needy taking this as the principle a blood donation camp is being organised every year on 15th August (Independence Day) and on 21st October (Police Commomoration Day) by the Rotary Club people. Students, Lecturers and Management people generously donate their Valuable Blood.

Abhay Hasth . . . an helping Hand

Service to mankind is service to God. To inculcate this spirit in the minds of students fraternity and staff members a scheme was started by shelling out a meager amount from their pocket. This resource when become a considerable big amount is used for the poor, destitutes and the old-age people.
