As Seth Godin points out in his blog, Ideas are a dime a dozen. The money is in the execution. Ideas without action mean nothing. Below are hundreds of ideas to get your brain churning. You can escape if you want, and bury your head in whichever distraction you prefer: TV, sports, gaming, web browsing, Facebook, reading newspapers or magazines, or your favorite hobby. Youll go to bed, exhausted again and get up for work and wonder what happened to your time. If youre an employee, you can hope youll get that raise. If youre in sales, youll hope your market will turn-around or youll be tapped to sell that new indispensible product. If youre a contractor, youll keep fighting for that thinner slice of the pie. If youre unemployed, you can continu e to search the monstrous job boards & classifieds (along with the millions of other job seekers) for another J-O-B. Or, you can apply yourself now. Sit down with a pad and paper and start to construct. Start developing these ideas and how they can be monetized. Dont be restricted to just these concepts though, theyre fodder for a bigger picture that youll design. Take into account your personal experience, passions and interests and consider how these can be monetized. This is not the time to ask for opinions from others. Most people prefer the misery theyre in and theyll shoot down your ideas out of reflex. Youre the architect, gathering the facts and formulating the business plan. Youll have better outlets for advice than your buddies once youre off and running. Think income & production only. If you arent serious about making a change & this sounds like too much work, then dont waste your time. Not everyone is cut out to be an entrepreneur. It takes perseverence, passion, creativity and an ability to learn and adapt. Above all, ideas come in by the boatload, its the action that matters. 1.
