NATURE OF THE BUSINESS

I intend to launch a business which could provide welfare services to the pilgrims during their stay in the holy cities i.e Makkah Mukarramah & Madina Munawwarah. In this business my aim is to provide Hajj & Umrah services to the people of Pakistan. I want to provide excellent services to the prospective pilgrims from Pakistan who visits Saudi Arabia to perform Hajj rituals. As we all aware of this fact that Hajj is mandatory once in life for every muslim possesses enough money and good health. It is a sacred cause and it is compulsory to provide maximum facilities to the pilgrims keeping in view their financial position. While initiating this business it should be kept in mind that margin of profit must be minimum because we would be providing facilities with the honesty of purpose to the guest of Almighty Allah. Now-a-days some people have made it a profitable business by using unfair means for acquiring maximum capital. This state of affairs is not appreciable. The purpose behind this business should be to please Allah and not to collect money. Therefore, it would be better to obtain a nominal profit treating this business as a sacred cause. I want to put all my energy for the welfare of pilgrims. Definitely, this would be a splendid service to the pilgrims from Pakistan. May Allah help me to fulfill this responsibility in the best possible way.

Executive Summary The business basically provides Hajj & Umrah services to the pilgrims from Pakistan. My aim is to facilitate the pilgrims of Pakistan for sacred ritual. As we know that Hajj is mandatory once in life to every muslim who posses enough money and good health. We will serve admirable services to the pilgrims during their stay in holy cities. We
will provide a comprehensive range of services including visa, flights, meals, transportation, ziyaarat tours and accommodation.

The business will start at Islamabad and would cover particularly the people of Islamabad. The business will target the intended pilgrims of Pakistan. As we know
pilgrims of Pakistan face many problems during their stay in holy cities. So, I want to assist and provide enlightening journey for the pilgrims of Pakistan. We will provide accommodation nearest to the Holy Mosques within 1000 meters. We will provide excellent transport and meal services to the pilgrims during their stay in holy cities. We will give special gift to our pilgrims i.e. Ihram, traveling bag, umbrella and dates for their memorable journey. The business will be advertised through leading news papers, internet, broachers, banners, radio, and posters. We will start this business with the investment of 5000000.

Terms and conditions:

All the above rates are subject to change in the Air Tickets by the Air Line and Packages by the Saudi Company. The confirmation of flights will be made according to the availability of seats directly or via Karachi. Children from 2 to 6 will be charged 50%, 6 to 10 75% and 10 to 12 100% of the package. Infant below 2 years will be charged Rs. 10,000/ only. In case of cancellation by the passenger or rejection by the Embassy after approval Rs. 4,000 and after visa processing Rs. 5,000 is charged and the remaining amount will be refunded after 2 Months. Time of processing of visa is about 3 to 4 weeks; excluding the time of delay due to any emergency or unforeseen i.e. closing of Saudi Embassy, delay due to change of Saudi or Pakistani policy etc. We will not be responsible for Rejection or Delay in umrah Visa. If Client Travel Without information we will not responsible for any accident or detention by Saudi Authorities.

(a) Rs: =86,650/- is estimated as cost of air fare which will be adjustable for the both sides incase of increase or decrease of air fare. (b) The above package has be prepared @ 24.75 Pkr against SR =1.00 in case of any increase/Decrease in forex rates both sides will adjust the difference. (c) During the Days of MASHAIR(Hajj Days) the movement of Hujjaj from MINA-ARFAT-MUZDALFA-MINA is the only responsibility of MOALLIM. Terms and conditions:

1. No of days during stay in Makkah or Medinah can be increased / decreased subject to availability of flight. However the package price will remain unchanged. 2.
