Only this one (add name in comments box below) Nortel DMS-MTX Global Title We used the Tekelec STP, and Bell Mobilit use the Global Title Routing. For our subscriber we do the final GTT. START GTA END GTA XLAT RI PCA SSN NGT 5144040000 5144049999 DPCSSN SSN xxx-xxx-xxx 11 --- The RI=SSN parameter denotes final global title translation and uses MAP routing. The XLAT=DPCSSN parameter indicates that the DPC, RI, & SSN values in the MSU are to be replaced. For the roamers, we do the SMS to another pair of STP then we do the Intermediate GTT START GTA END GTA XLAT RI PCA SSN NGT 2012650000 2012659999 DPC GT xxx-xxxxxx --- --- The RI=GT parameter denotes further global title translation is required and uses MTP routing. The XLAT=DPC parameter indicates that the DPC & RI values in the MSU are to be replaced.

The OPC (Originating Point Code) of the Smdpp_rr message is representing by the PC + SSN of MSC which sends the SMDPP to SMSC which we called Originating Address (Other). We use in the SMSC a field called Temporary Routing Info which in MO-MT case, this is the MSC address returned from SMSReq return result. It would be the destination PC + SSN in SMDPP in delivery. In MC to MC routing, there is no temporary routing info. MSCID (smdpp) SMS_OriginatingAddress; SMS_OriginalOriginatingSubaddress; MSCID (smdpp)
