1. The Blurb: The blurb includes very little about what exactly happens in the music video, as the artist is a huge star, so
the music video would be good for a fact, so they don’t need to sell it to the audience much. The boldness of the blurb
allows the audience to question it, as to what happens when the ‘Maestro with supernatural powers’ is ‘forced out of town’.

4. The main image: The image includes a very pale and quite ghostly image of the artist, Michael Jackson. The smoke behind him
adds to the surreal effect created from the main image. Half of his face is of the pale singer, whereas the other half including his top
body, are of a human skeleton, this signifies that though he image is seen as dead, there is a part of him that is alive, similar to a
Zombie. His eye is yellow colour; this is an abnormal colour for human’s which signifies him being quite evil. Mostly whites and greys
are used, to add to the ghostly effect created, this contrasts against the black background, allowing the artists image to strike at the
audience better. This image shows another side to the artist, and allows the audience to illustrate his music a little better.

5. The main Title: The main title includes the title name smaller in respect to the name of the song
‘Ghosts’. This is done as from looking at the main image; the audience would be able to clarify the
artist, as he is so well recognised. They have used a red colour for the ‘ghosts’ typography, this
connotes danger and blood, which may reflect meaning of the song. Serif fonts have been used, since the artist is quite a classical
music artist. It also connotes that the music video, may be very conventional, since serif fonts is a traditional font.

7. The Billings Block: The billings block is similar to other billings block’s, the text is hard to make out
as the typography seems to be stretched. It’s strange that the billings block was at the front of the
DVD cover, as it is usually seen at the back cover, since it is insignificant to the audience.

9. The Back cover images: The back cover images are of snap shots of the music video, with close ups and long shots of the
artist, during the music video. The images don’t give too much information away. Three images were used as it gives a sense
of balance on the cover as well as a decent range, highlighting key points.
