ACTIONS THAT YOU/WE WILL NEED TO TAKE (REFERRALS ABROAD ONLY)

We will respond back to you within 48 hours with the following details; a) Doctors medical opinion, b) Treatment plan, c) Duration of stay (in and out of hospital), and d) Costs If you are agreeable with the treatment plan and costs, send us a scanned/ electronic copy of the patients passport. We will send you a visa invite (immediately) by email (Note: You can also collect the letter at our office in Upanga) Process your medical visa and flight ticket. (Note: For referrals to Turkey, we will assist you to process your air ticket at 50% discounted price) Send us the scanned/electronic copies of your medical visa and flight ticket We will do all necessary arrangements to ensure that everything goes smoothly when you arrive. These include a) Confirming with the hospital about the patients arrival b) Organizing a pick up from the airport c) Admission to hospital directly from the airport (optional) Once treatment is over, obtain a hospital bill and pay full treatment costs (using US Dollars or local currency) Travel back, and immediately inform us of your arrival We will link you up with a local doctor for follow ups
