N-071 Year 2013 APPROVING RESOLUTION NO. ------- / MUNICIPAL APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE NO. --------- OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF TAAL, BATANGAS DATED ------------------------ ENTITLED ORDINANCE NO. 1, SERIES OF 2013 OF TAAL, BATANGAS, ENACTING FY 2013 SUPPLEMENTAL BUDGET NO. 2-2013 WITH AN APPROPRIATION OF TWO MILLION NINETY THREE THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED THIRTY NINE and 24/100 PESO (PhP 2,093,639.24), SUBJECT TO THE USUAL ACCOUNTING, BUDGETING AND AUDITING RULES AND REGULATIONS. WHEREAS, the Honorable Board Member Roman H. Rosales, in his capacity as member of the Sangguniang Panlalawigan Committee on Appropriation brought to the floor to submit a committee report for consideration and approval of the honorable body,

(insert committee report) WHEREAS, Honorable Board Member Roman H. Rosales further stated the recommendation of the Provincial Finance Committee as found in letter of review dated July 19, 2013. NOW, THEREFORE, on motion of Honorable Board Member Roman H. Rosales, unanimously seconded, RESOLVED, to adopt the foregoing Committee Report, and by way of this instrument approve Resolution No. ------------ / Municipal Appropriation Ordinance No. ---------of the Municipality of Taal, Batangas dated ----------------- entitled ordinance no. 1, series of 2013 of taal, batangas, enacting fy 2013 supplemental budget no. 2-2013 with an appropriation of two million ninety three thousand six hundred thirty nine and 24/100 peso (PhP 2,093,639.24), subject to the usual accounting, budgeting and auditing rules and regulations.
