Selbstspannende Klemmringe Volle TKB (1 & A) sind auf Grund der inneren Spannung immer breiter als leere (2). Whrend des Abarbeitens schrumpfen daher die TKB in Lngsrichtung und knnen sich lsen (B). Die Folge sind fehlerhafte Ware und Maschinenstillstnde. Die neuen selbstspannenden Klemmringe kompensieren diesen Schrumpf und halten die TKB ber die gesamte Baumreise sicher unter Spannung (C).

Clamping Rings

Automatic clamping ring system Full sectional beams (1 & A) are always wider than empty ones (2), because the yarn presses the flanges apart. Therefore the beams shrink during the machine run in longitudinal direction and can become lose (B). This results in mistakes in the fabric and machine stops. The new automatic clamping ring system compensates this shrinkage and keeps the beams save under pressure (C) during the complete beamrun.

Fadenzufhrsysteme Standardmig sind alle RACOP-Typen mit dem elektronisch geregelten, mechanischen Fadenzufhrsystem EBA fr konstante Fadeneinlaufwerte ausgestattet. Als Option steht auch die 2-stufen Fadenzufhrung EBD zur Verfgung (zwei unterschiedliche Fadeneinlaufwerte im Lngsrapport). Fr mehrere unterschiedliche Fadeneinlaufgeschwindigkeiten wird das computergesteuerte System EBC eingesetzt. Die maximale Rapportlnge ist praktisch unbegrenzt. Yarn let-off systems All RACOP types are standardly equipped with the electronically controlled mechanic system EBA for constant yarn run-in. Optionally the 2-speed let-off unit EBD is available (for two different let-off speeds within one repeat. For multiple different yarn run-ins the computer controlled system EBC is used. The maximum repeat length is virtually unlimited.

Automatic beam-end control A sensor at the roller arm realizes when a beam runs empty and stops the machine. This avoids unneccessary downtimes or even damage of the knitting elements.

LIBA - Kurbelwellensystem Der Antrieb der Wirkelemente erfolgt ber Kurbelwelle und Koppelgetriebe. Dieses Antriebssystem ermglicht einen geringen Energieverbrauch, einen geringen Geruschpegel, eine lange Lebensdauer sowie sehr hohe Arbeitsgeschwindigkeit.

LIBA - Crank shaft system The drive of the knitting elements is effected by crank shaft and coupling gears. This system guarantees less energy consumption, lower sound emission, a long life and very high production speeds. Die Warenaufrollung D1wurde speziell fr empfindliche Elastik-Stoffe entwickelt, um MoirEffekte zu vermeiden. The wind-up device D1 was specially designed for elastic fabrics to avoid moir effects.

Temperatur - Regelsystem TCS Unter allen Betriebszustnden stabilisiert das Temperatur-Regelsystem die Teilungsgenauigkeit und ermglicht eine gleichbleibend hohe Qualitt der produzierten Ware. Die lkreislufe fr das Maschinenbett und fr das Mustergetriebe sind getrennt. Dadurch wird ein geringer Verschlei der Spiegelscheiben bzw. Musterketten und ein geringes Aufheizen des Maschinenbettes erreicht. Temperature control system TCS For all operating conditions the temperature control system ensures exact needle positioning resulting in the production of high quality fabrics. As a result of 2 separate oil circulation systems one in the machine bed and one in the patterning gear box - there is less wear and tear on pattern discs and a more even temperature of the machine bed is assured.
