METHODOLOGY The primary methodology of choice of GENESIS1 shall be Adventure Learning Programs and/or Structured Learning Exercises, (also known as Experiential Learning). These methodologies provide an avenue for fun-filled, stress-free learnings as the participants are taken out of the work environment and are thus more open to realizing the Learning Agendas. The core competency of GENESIS1 as an organization is the ability to process the Learning Agendas contained in the various activities and apply such to the work environment in a fun-filled method with teachings that will be easy to recall and apply. LEVEL 1 PROGRAM: The Level 1 Program of GENESIS1 aims to lay down the foundations of teammanship and unity for the client company. The program consists of 5 to 7 Adventure Learning Programs in the day (known as Activity Modules) covering roughly about an hour each with separate processing per Activity Module. The Level 1 Program is expository in nature and will bring out ones true self especially as all guards are down when the teambuilding takes place. The focus of the Level 1 Program is on the learning as we emphasize that it is not about winning, it is n ot about losing; it is about learning. Processing will be done after every activity. Allocated time for processing is 10 20 minutes.

ACTIVITY WRITE UP 1. Personality Profiling - Personality Mapping will identify the persons prevailing personality profile based on his/her behavioral response to certain questions and situations via a short workshop. The resulting profile will make the participant realize his/her strengths and weaknesses vis--vis other personality profiles. Likewise, the personality mapping processing will give practical applications in handling superiors/subordinates by exploring ones motivations, desires and responses to situations and other personality profiles. 2. On Board This activity focuses on creative thinking. It teaches the participants how to think outside of the box and come up with alternative solutions especially if the obvious solution does not seem to be working. 3. Communicate This activity shows logic versus emotions when communicating in the workplace. It emphasizes the importance of proper feedback and how crucial it is to getting the task done properly. 4. Magic Tarp This activity exposes how certain people in the team can make the task more difficult. It shows the need to compensate for the weaknesses of the other members of the team and how everyone has a role to play to successfully accomplish the task. 5. Add Em Up This activity helps the participants form strategies that work effectively & efficiently. It exposes the need to be the right person doing the right thing at the right place at the right time. This activity also shows the effect of discouragement on the team when the strategies or plans being implemented are not working out the way it is expected. COSTING: GENESIS1 will charge its Program Fees on an exclusive basis (program fee only and all others to be transacted by the client directly such as, but not limited to: venue, transportation, meals, accommodations, and miscellaneous venue fees). Program Fee for this activity shall be PESOS TWO THOUSAND ONLY (Php2,000.00)* per head for minimum guarantee of 20 participants plus 12% VAT. *Please include three (3) Genesis1 marshals for accommodations and meals* NOTE: *Rate will go down if the number of participants is 30 pax or more.

PAYMENT Upon approval of the training program, a 50% down payment will be required of the client. This shall serve as a reservation fee for the teambuilding program on the agreed upon date(s). The 50% balance shall be remitted to GENESIS1 one (1) week prior to the activity. In case of cancellation, the 50% down payment shall be forfeited. GENESIS1 will allow one (1) postponement and/or re-scheduling on meritorious cases wherein no part of the down payment shall be forfeited. The new schedule shall be subject to the schedule availability of both parties, of course. Should circumstances lead to another postponement and/or re-scheduling, then GENESIS1 shall deem such as a cancellation.
