The latest release of Adobe Acrobat (Version 11) has a new Merge & Combine function which enables multiple files to be saved into one pdf document. Any documents created with this functionality will flash up with the following prompt immediately after opening: This message will only display on screen for a few seconds
The following screen is then displayed: This view only shows a Cover page for each of the pdf Folders ( ortfolios) This view does not display all pages contained within the pdf file and can not be opened!edited within the Trapeze application. This will open this one $ortfolio &Folder' into a separate window and display the number of pages top left as per e*ample & in the current ### version format The number of pages will display This can then be Saved as an individual File+ via File+ Save As (as per current practise with version 1,.1.1 is use by ###) into +esktop Temp folder
The Original Combined $ortfolio &Folder' window will display showing which of the $ortfolios are open
