: GENERAL REQUIREMENTS : SUMMARY OF MATERIALS AND FINISHES

1.00 GENERAL REQUIREMENTS 1.01 RELATED SECTIONS All applicable provisions of the different divisions of the Specifications for each work trade shall apply for all items cited in this Summary. 1.02 INFERRED ITEMS OF WORK Materials and workmanship deemed necessary to complete the works but NOT specifically mentioned in the Specifications, Workin !rawin s, or in the other "ontract !ocuments, shall be supplied and installed by the "ontractor without e#tra cost to the Owner. Such materials shall be of the hi hest $uality available, and installed in a workmanlike manner at prescribed or appropriate locations. 1.03 SPECIFICS Materials specifically mentioned in this Summary shall be installed followin efficient and sound en ineerin and construction practice, and specially as per manufacturer%s application for installation specifications which shall overn all works alluded to in these Specifications. 1.04 CONTRACTOR'S USE OF THE PREMISES A. The contractor shall confine his apparatus, stora e of materials and the operation of his workmen to limits indicated by law, ordinances, and permits, and shall leave all walks, driveways, roads and entrances unencumbered. &. The contractor shall keep the premises and the buildin free from accumulations of waste or rubbish caused by his employees, sub'contractors, and at the time of completion of work, he shall remove all rubbish from under and about the buildin , all his tools, scaffoldin , and other surplus materials, and he shall have the buildin clean and habitable, havin thorou hly swept the floors, cleaned the windows, and dusted flat surfaces such as cabinet tops and window sills. 1.0 COORDINATION A. The contractor or sub'contractor shall not allow any work to be endan ered by cuttin , di in , drillin , etc., and shall not cut or alter the work of any trade without prior consent from the procurin entity. 1.03 PRO4ECT MEETINGS A.
